Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying GI/DI/CI pipe and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick after laying and testing of cable/pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes including taking down the existing unserviceable one of following sizes: (a) 20 mm dia.

(b) 25 mm dia.

(c) 40 mm dia.

Taking down the steel tubing and connections in trenches, wall / floor including cleaning for refixing or removal for pipe line of following bore:- (a) 15 mm dia bore.

(b) 20 mm dia bore

(c) 25 mm dia bore

(d) 40 to 50 mm dia bore

(e) 80 mm dia bore

(f) 100 mm dia bore

Supply and laying steel tubes, galvanised,"medium " grade, including necessary GI fitting such as elbows, bends, Tees, Unions, nipples etc, laid in trenches fixed on wall/floor/ceiling complete with fixing accessories such as clamps, hooks etc, complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- (a) 15 mm bore pipe

(b) 20 mm dia pipe

(c) 25 mm dia pipe

(d) 40 mm dia pipe

(e) 50 mm dia pipe

(f) 80 mm dia pipe

(g) 100 mm dia pipe.

Supply and laying High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 , including necessary fittings such as elbows, bends, Tees , Unions, nipples etc, laid in trenches fixed on wall/floor/ceiling complete with fixing accessories such as clamps, hooks etc, complete all as specified of following sizes:- (a) 32 mm bore pipe

(b) 40 mm dia pipe

(c) 50 mm dia pipe

Laying only in trenches/wall/floor, in old or new position, old GI pipes obtained from item No-06.00 after necessory cleaning internally and externally both, returning the old screw threads and replacement of all old fittings with new of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting existing road black top surfaces of required width and depth for laying of pipe line, refilling and making good after laying of pipe with removed soil and finally sealed with cement concrete of thickness not less than 100 mm to match with the top surface of Road. Supply and fixing (in repair) mechanical joint made out of MS sheet fabricated as per existing site requirement including long MS nuts bolts rubber gasket cutting of pipe of any size GI/CI/MS/AC/DI pipe complete all as specified directed of following sizes:- a) 200 mm bore

b) 100 mm bore

S&F in replacement of stainless steel spindle with check nut / Hub nut (Gun Metal) and collars suitable for existing sluice valve of following size of any make complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :- (a) 200 mm

Supply and fixing in replacement CI non return valves for existing pump sets with by pass arrangement incl nuts, bolts, wahsers and gaskets etc all as per required at site of size of 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the pump set 7.5 HP, submersible type from U/G sump by disconnecting mechanically from the foundation/pipe line etc. and transporting to the work shop for servicing / overhauling including replacing the bearings (DE & NE), impeller (5 Nos), stud, cleaning the impeller, cleaning impeller shaft/reconditioning the shaft on Lathe etc reinstalled in all respect for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per herein above item but pump set 15 HP.

Taking down the defective submersible pump 7.5 HP from raw water shallow well by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transport to workshop, dismantling the motor, removal of burnt out winding, cleaning the all slot with CTC solution. Rewinding motor with supper enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge as existing. Providing paper insulation of class 'F' and fire proof sleeves warnishing the complete winding and dried the warnish by right heat process. Reassembling the motor greasing, oiling and painting with single coat of synthetic enamelled paint of existing colour including replacement of both the bearing. Retransportation the motor from workshop to site. Installation, connecting motor electrically / mechanically and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaing of the following OHR and UG sump of various capacity at different location by using cleaning material such as wire brush, bleaching powder solution etc. to remove all scale, dirts, and sludges from inner surfvace of the tank and applying one coat of pot land white cement wash fully inside the surface of reservoir / sump and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the metal surface such as ladder / rungs and manhole cover etc. and re-writing the date of cleaning and capacity in white letter over the tank base complete all as specified and directed.
