Amount

(A) CIVIL WORKS: Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, and septic tank etc. including refiling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completing of work, breaking clods in return filling dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and spedified. (A) Upto dept of 2.00 m below the existing G.L. (a) In Ordinary Soil.

Earth / sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sale tax and other duties and Taxes as may be necessary. (b) With hill sand obtained by truck carriage loading and unloading and carriage to the site of works

Plain cement concrete work with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walla, bricks works etc as directed and specified including if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately) (b) In proportion 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate) By volume (using mixture machine)

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete in proportion 1:1.5:3 with graded stone aggregate of 10 mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer including curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing brick soiling in Foundation and under floor with stone / best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub-grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soiling.

The desk, seat & backrest should be made of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board ISI marked with laminate pasted on top and edges with machine pressed PVC edge banding sealed with hot melt EVA glue. The understructure should be made of 25.4 × 25.4 × 1.2 mm thick 60-70 micron epoxy powder coated MS tubes. Storage shelf should be made of 0.6 mm thick powder coated MS steel affixed below the desktop. The understructure should be made of 1.6mm thick MS frame supporting the top. The legs should be made of MS ERW tube of dia 38.1mm & 1.6 mm thick.

Reading chair: Dimensio: 450 × 500 × 800mm (approx). Multipurpose chair of engineered & contoured PVC seat & back rest fixed on understructure of MS pipes of dia 19mm duly powder coated with 60-70 micron epoxy. Width of seat & back rest : 400-500 mm with suitable height for seating.

Teachers table: Table dimension 900 × 600 × 740-750 mm with one drawer. The table top made of 19mm MDF board ISI mark with 1mm laminate pasted on top with edge rounded and machine pressed & sealed with 2mm PVC band sealed with hot melt EVA glue. The under structure/frame will be of tubular frame of square tubes size 25.4 × 25.4 × 1.2 mm thick powder coated with 60-70 micron.The shell of drawer is to be made of 0.5 mm thick CRCA MS with metal lock.

Teachers chair: Chair with arm made of natural and biodegradable material with seat & back made of polyurethane foam covered with fabric. The dimension of the chair shall not be less than the following: 2. Overall height : 850mm 3. Seating height : 455mm 4. Width : 540mm, Depth : 500mm
