Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only filler for cement plaster and concrete, complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L For Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying wall care putty, not less than 2 mm thick over a coat of primer including smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc., and applying two coats of Interior emulsion on wall surfaces as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc., (preparatory to OBD/ plastic emulsion/ interior emulsion paint as directed), of any description complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic (interior) emulsion paint complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation and applying Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion on new surfaces of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algae properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.

(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm shall be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick for skirting/dados of stairs and corridor over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto granite/mirror finish complete over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles any size from 300 mm x 300 mm or 400 mm x 400 mm and 25 mm thick as reqd), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
