Development of cremation ground at ward No.19.

Earth work in hard soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering & ramming depth with all lead labour T&P charges etc.required (only consolidated volume shall be taken for payment) including supplying of all materials, labour & T&P with cost, conveyance, royalty, texes etc all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete of prop.(1:4:8)using 40mm size crusher broken hard grinite metal with lowering,laying the concrete & curing, etc. compacting to required depth & levels, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalities & all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per drawing specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing R.C.C. M20 using 20mm & down grade size hard grinite chips with lowering,laying the concrete & curing, etc. compacting to required depth & levels, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalities & all taxes of all materials etc. complete including centering & shuttering as per drawing specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work with cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost conveyance M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

6 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth per 1 Sqm(See Page no-109,Item no26 of AoR-06)

Finishing wall with one coat of primer including supply of all materials labour T&P required for the work & cost. conveyance of materials etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Providing wall Painting two coats with Weather coat Paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including supply of all materials labour T&P required for the work & cost. conveyance of materials etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Supplying all materials labour T&P for Painting two coats to walls with plastic emultion paint of approved shade on new work to given an even shade , including cost,conveyance, royalities & taxes of all materials etc.all complete as per direction of E.I.C..

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, Tools and Plants water for curing etc.all complete,as per O.P.W.D. specification required for the work to finished items of work. (See Page no-44,Item no 7 of AoR-06)

Providing, Spreading and Laying on Road surface and compacting, proper camber layer of paver inter locking block minimum 80mm thickness and inscribed machine mixed and compacted having crushing strength not less then M-40 including filling the interstices with sand, watering, booming, bliding and consolidation with wooden hammer as per OPWD specification and relevant code including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, labour, cess, T&P required to the work etc. complete to finished items. (See items no.16.68 of DSR)
