Boring of 30cm dia piles of single under reamed of 50cm dia of bulb and 5 meter depth in black cotton soil with hand operated auger machine including all laboure T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per IS code-2911(Part-III) 1980.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundation trenches.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.As per DSR-2.27

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).As per DSR-4.1.8

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional antitermite treatment and creating and chamical bariier under and arround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) :.As per DSR-5.2.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.As per DSR-5.22.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc..As per DSR-4.3.2

2cm (3/5")thick damp proof coarse with cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufactures, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper conmpletion of the work and including proper curing shuttering as necessary.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth Cement morter 1:4 .As DSR NO.- 6.1.1
