CAVITY TUBEWELL

Drilling bore of 152mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 using ODEX/Tubewell/DTH/method as per site conditions upto required depth in collapsible/Rocky strata conglomerate boulders, pebbles gravels, silt clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumable stores, bits, eneous lowering of 128 mm dia fine cut casing which will be welded together using 2.5 mm or 3.25 mm dia ISI marked electrodes with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 20 degrees, removing point on the area to be welded inclusive of removing point to the area to be welded inclusive of the cost of biodegradable and non-toxic foam flush etc.

Supplying, lowering of M.S. pipe as per 4270-2001 including M.S. Sockets heavy dimensions as per IS code duly welded with M.S. Electrode to have extra strength including cost of all cuttings factory threading weldings, wherever required in length of 3.0 mtrs. Including transportation charges.

5” (128mm) N.B. 5.4 mm thick.

Providing & fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tubes as per requirement of ODEX attachment.

Development of bore well and yield testing with air compressor and subsequently with submersible pumping set through V-notch and disinfections etc. as per IS 2800-1979.

PUMPING MACHIENERY

Providing & installing,testing & commisioning of 1 no electrically driven Submersible Pump set of KSB / Crompton or equivalent make as per IS code capable of delivering 40 LPM against a head of 90 mtr

Provision for Providing and Lowering G.I column Pipe of IS: 1239-2004 medium class suitable size 40 mm i/d= 70.00 mtr (in 3mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts .

Providing and fixing Submersible cable 2.50 mm² IS694-1990 reaffirmed 2000(Finollex,Havells or equivalent make),complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of 1 no. Electric panel board consisting of electrical appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button or oil imeersed starter, Main Switch, VM, AMpere Meter, ELCB, Shunt capacitor. Single phase, preventer, Indicating lamps, Kit-Kat etc complete in all respect.

OHSR CUM PUMP CHAMBER

Construction of OHSR of 4000 Ltr. capacity upto 10’ height upto sill level cum pump chamber complete in all respects including vertical pipes.

PIPELINE FOR DISTRIBUTION MAIN

Prov., Laying, Jointing, Fixing & testing ISI marked G.I. pipe (as per IS 1239) B Class premium make such as (Jindal / Hissar) including the cost of specials such as Tees, Bends, Sockets, elbows etc. cutting threading and testing in trenches including the cost of excavation and back filling complete in all respect. (Excavation Manually)

COST OF CONNECTION ON EXISTING PIPE LINE

Providing proposed water connection to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr,B-Class as per CSR 28.36 (A), (Above GL),Prov. & Fixing MDPE Pipe 15 mm i/d with specials 2.00 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI cock 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3" i/d clamp with c.i bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make as per CSR 30.65(b)

Provision for connecting deep bore well to existing pipe line.
