Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg/10 Sqm on prepared surfaces with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content using paving bitumen (VG-30) by wt of total mix using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver finisher. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm paving bitumen (VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper . (iii) Rolling shall be done in three stages as per clause 5.6.2 of IRC 111:2009 using 9 to 10 tonnes dead weight or vibratory steel wheel roller, pneumatic rollar of 12 to 15 tonnes and finally 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheel rollars.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam by power or by hand picking incl raking over and grading the broken up surfaces to proper camber etc. area n. exc 400sqm, exc 50mm and n.exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap, basalt ) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but except material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully old road studs (Cat Eye) of any description from existing road and refixing the same after cleaning in the same location or on another location as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Road studs (Cat eye) 100x100x18.5mm fitted with ABS body with reflective panels DA-978 having load bearing capacity 25 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:-GREEN LITE, DARK EYE, TEXA PLASTIC, SENSOR or equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for precast PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 15cmx30cm jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone or mud stopes rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prearing new concrete surfaces exc. 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size, casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.
