Improvements to M.C Halli Quarters to Basavanagara Yarebylu road in M.C. Halli G.P. of Tarikere Taluk in Chikkamagaluru District (GENERAL)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-2026 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as CC Road of value not less than Rs.53.20 lakhs.Work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer with Indent Number is Complusory.

The Tenderer should be a KPWD Registered Class-III and above contractor.

The Tenderer should have executed in any one year in the last five years i.e.2021-2022 to 2025-2026 the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earth work excavation/ Embankment/Subgrade/Shoulders - 2064.00 Cum 2.WMM/WBM-671.00 Cum 3.Cement Concrete Pavement-968.00 Cum work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

To qualify for Award of this contract each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs. 212.80 Lakhs. Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Statement of Account indicating contract receipts issued by the Chartered accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate liquid assets and/or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.106.40 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Statement showing the Existing commitments and ongoing works, in the prescribed proforma as per 1.5 A of Section 3 of Qualification information should be furnished.

Statement showing Details of works for which tenders are already submitted in the prescribed proformaas per 1.5 B of Section 3 of Qualification information should be furnished.
