REPAIR/MAINT OF RCC CHHAJJA, FACIA, DISTRESSED MEMBERS INCLUDING ROOF TREATMENT, PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC WORK AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AF STN GWALIOR

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but, except brick. Note:- Old retrieved bricks in serviceable condition obtained from demolition under srl item No. 1 above will be used.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surface or stone wall surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with ready mix cement plaster and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment (brick tiles, screed plaster, & tarfelt etc ) of any description and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course in roof padding etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of 5 layer SHR waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete surface by through surface preparation with high pressure water jet min 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of Nano-tech enhanced elastomeric water proofing (NEEWP) emulsion havig UV resistance and min 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 coats of NEEWP + cement mixtures as water proofing coat having + 450% elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min 2 days and then top coated with 2 coats of SHR coating oure acrylic based, UV resistant, non yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS-17218:2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, mat, surface coverage 3.25 Sqm/Ltr/2 coats, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray guns as applicable. Note :-The product should be tested at NABL approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only".

M & L for modified roof membrane over existing inaccessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M over primer. (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap.

Demollition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in shelves, chajja , etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like for etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per srl item No. 17 above but with using TMT bars of dia upto 8 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing/chipping 40 to 60 mm depth of existing loose concrete carefully by manual or low impact frequency hammer without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by compressed air jet complete including removing loose concrete around the reinforcement. The debris will be disposed up to lead of 500m. The entire surface will be checked by light hammering (using 1 kg hammer) for detection of loose concrete. All loose/hollow sound concrete around corroded reinforcing bars has to be removed to prepare well defined patch all as specified and as decided.

M&L for cleaning of rusted reinforcement of total rust including from behind the reinforcing bars to give it totally rust free finished steel surface, by manual methods and using approved alkaline chemical rust remover (Pidilite/FOSROC/CICO/Thermax as per specification) as per approved paint Brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and following it to dry and clean with dry cloth before application of protective coating and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer Fosroc Nitozinc Primer STD on the Corroded reinforcement after exposed along its full circumference and cleaned to remove all loose scale and Corrosion Deposit etc of bldg at any height and including scaffolding etc all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC Chemical or any equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for Application one coat of NITO BOND EP for bonding of new concrete to old concrete and padding the surface 40 to 60mm with High Built Repair concrete Renderoc S2 / HB2 on the Spalled Cover Concrete from the Structural Members Like Column, Beam, Slab, Side walls etc. of the bldgs of any height and finished to a proper Level of any thickness and including necessary scaffolding etc all as specified and directed by EIC. Make : FOSROC Chemical or any equivalent as approved by GE. Note - (i) Placing of the materials shall be done using suitable arrangements such as pumping device for uniform flow of materials and providing side shuttering if required. (ii) Curing shall be done as per manufacturer instructions.

M & L for drilling hole in RCC/Bricks structure using drilling machine up to a depth of 150 mm depth or half the thickness of member (whichever is less) and removing dust, etc by vaccum cleaner and blowers, providing and fixing of 12mm dia Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) nozzes @ 750 mm c/c in both direction and Injecting Conbextra EP10 (FOSROC) through the prefixed nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the concrete mass of the bldgs of any height and when the flow of grout stops, or when the grout flows out of the adjacent nozzle, pumping is stopped and the nozzle is tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles shall be sealed off with a quick-setting waterproofing agent like Renderoc Plug. Grouting operation is carried out through the next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes shall be finished by removing the nozzles and finishing flush with the surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC Chemical or any equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for crack cutting & removing the concrete inside the crack line properly & maintain the groove size(50mmx25mm) of the bldg at any height and then filling all crack properly with micro concrete Renderoc RG complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC Chemical or any equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per srl item No. 24 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall include brooming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, including filling the cracks and depressions and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion by the use of rollers white or tinted as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per srl item No. 26 but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old decorated surfaces of external walls include brooming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, including filling the cracks and depressions with putty to make the surface even and smooth and applying one coats exterior emulsion acrylic weather proof Paint by the use of rollers complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers and applying a coat with 2 mm thick putty to make the surface even and smooth matching to the adjacent wall surfaces and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion by the use of rollers, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kansai Nerolac paints Ltd (Nerolac Beauty) or ) BERGER Paints India Ltd (Berger Bison) or Asian Paints (Tractor Uno) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description, width or girth including cleaning and a coat of wood filler on old works and applying french polish in one or more coats to the required texure and glossy finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including filling the cracks, depressions with putty to match with the adjacent surface and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint, white or tinted by the use of rollers as approved complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kansai Nerolac paints Ltd (Nerolac Beauty) or ) BERGER Paints India Ltd (Berger Bison Acrylic emulsion) or Asian Paints (Tractor Emulsion) as approved by GE.

M&L for prepration of old decorated floors/Brick tile /Concrete tiles (Chequered / interlocking tiles) cleaning by any means, and applying one coat of floor paint with ready mixed paint of any colour as approved with spray gun/compressor complete all as specified and directed . Make: INDOGO Floor Paints or Apex Floor Guard of Asian Paints or Nerolac floor paint as approved by GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, and applying two coat of Texture paint over a coat of primer of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coats of aluminium paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with mechanical wall sander(having mechanical vaccum mechanism)Washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and filling the cracks and depressions with putty to make the surface even and smooth matching to the adjacent wall surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade/tint as approved by GE and users in Comouflaging pattern on CCD scheme with roller over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied as per manufacturer instruction with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 Hrs to dry the surface in the both the coats of paint to any type of building at any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures and complete as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints Apex Ultima Stretch or Berger Weathercoat Long Life Flexo or Shalimar Paints WeatherPRO+ as approved by GE NOTE:- (i)Rate quoted by contractor includes scaffolding and T&P upto any height of the building. No extra payment admissible on this account (ii) Primer and paint shall be of same make. (iii) The minimum qty of exteriror paint and primer shall be used as per coverage capacity of paint and primer as recomended by the manufacturer . M&L for applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade/tint applied as per manufacturer instructions, in camouflaging pattern on CCD scheme (Pattern as approved by GE and USER unit ) applied with roller on surfaces of any type of building, wall on already primed surfaces at any height only CCD patches to be done over 30-40% of the given area including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Asian Paints Apex Ultima Stretch or Berger Weathercoat Long Life Flexo or Shalimar Paints WeatherPRO+ as approved by GE) Note-(i) Rate quoted by contractor includes scaffolding and T&P upto any height of the building. No extra payment admissible on this account. Measurement will be done for 35% of area Camouflaged. (ii) The minimum qty of exteriror paint shall be used as per coverage capacity of paint as recomended by the manufacturer .

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade/tint as approved by GE and users over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied as per manufacturer instruction and applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 Hrs to dry the surface in the both the coats of paint to any type of building at any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures and complete as specified and directed. (Make : Asian Paints Apex Ultima Stretch or Berger Weathercoat Long Life Flexo or Shalimar Paints WeatherPRO+ as approved by GE)

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted by the use of rollers over a coat of chalk whitening primer (preparatory to distempering) as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of vegetation, grass vegetation, saplings,undergrowth, roots, dead bird/beads, etc from buildings/roofs /parapets/ lintels, etc at any height/storey; sweeping the surface clean by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove smoke soot, etc and removing rubbish upto a distance of 100 metres outside the periphery of the area complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly,applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per manufacturer's instructions or as directed, sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table1 of IS:9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa (40 mm average thickness) complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Guniting concrete surface with 25 mm thick cement mortar of mix 1:3 applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete all as specified and directed.
