Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 150 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring laid adopting panel dimension not exceeding 1200mm x 1200mm finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid for separately under serial item No. 5 of this BOQ. "

Material and Labour preparing new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing Factory made board distribution in sheet steel enclosure double door glazed with 200 Amps rated bus bar, SPN, 4 ways, 240 Volts suitable for housing MCBs complete all as specified and as directed.
