M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) for vertical surface finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 200) x 6 to 7mm thick, in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4), mixing with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 150 mm internal diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polyethelene pipes (HDPE) and stiffness classes-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML no) with and including all fitting & jointing material for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS 16098-2013 part-2 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm dia (internal) salt glazed stone ware drain pipes (Grade A) ISI Marked as in sewage lines laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm dia SWG/RCC drain pipe including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid & tested in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete pipe of 300mm dia below GL complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes of dia 300mm class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for pipe of internal dia. 150mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Clearing of blockage to nahani trap, WC, floor trap etc. including washing and cleaning upto 1st manhole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Clearing of blockage to gully trap of WC outlet including washing and cleaning upto 1st manhole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity mechanically along with removing of sludges etc and carrying to a distance exc. 100 meters but n.exc 250 meters and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil for making ditches and refilling the ditches after the sludge’s are deposited with spreading and leveling of excavated soils in the ditches over the sludge, removing surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder over the area of ditches with one meter around complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only bleaching powder confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 of 60 mm thickness of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment including dismantling & removing old unserviceable paver blocks, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates (broken bricks) of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
