REPAIR/MAINT OF CERTAIN ROADS UNDER AGE B/R-i, MAP, EW PROJECT AND TECH AREA AT AF STN BAMRAULI

Removing all loose soil and gravel from existing potholes of area of n, exc 1 sqm and upto 30mm depth working by in built air jet pressure machine over pressure spray application of tack coat and over providing surface correction and pothole filling using CSIR-CRRI technology based patch fill pothole repair machine by autometic production of on site cold mix patching material by using cold mix bitumen emulsion with 4.5% residual bitumen and compaction with vibrating plate compactor for even road profile complete all as nspecified and directed. Note :- The tenderer shall have a copy of license/MOU /Notarized agreement for invoice / hiring of patch fill machine from a authorized manufacturer who has a license/agreement with NRDC/CSIR-CRRI for manufacturing of patch fill machine.

Preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud, dirty particles, old paint etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all dirt etc. on black top or concrete surfaces and all cracks filling with crack filling compound complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying of 4mm to 6mm thick microsurfacing type II laid with a CSIR -CRRI technology cold mix/ microsurfacing paver machine as per MORTH specification (Section 514) & IRC : SP :81-2008 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tenderer shall have a copy of license/MOU/Notarized agreement for invoice / hiring of cold mix paver from a authorized manufacturer who has a license/ agreement with NRDC/CSIR-CRRI for manufacturing of cold mix paver.

Material and Labour for cleaning thoroughly and removing the dirt/dust of bituminous surface road and applying marking paint 2.5mm thick centre lines or other lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with glass beads (Morth Grade) @ 300gm/sqm over a painted surface while painting surfaces are hot with help of special road marking machine as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as Microsurfacing surface specified and directed.

Providing, laying and compaction of Open-Graded premix Carpet 20 mm consolidated thickness and Sand Seal Coat by using CSIR-CRRI Technology Cold Mix Paver, applied as per IRC SP : 100 2014 including correction work with open graded premix material after duly preparing BT surface including scrubbing, cleaning and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS1), all as specified in MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract. Note:- The tenderer shall have a copy of license/MOU/Notarized agreement for invoice/ hiring of cold mix paver from a authorized manufacturer who has a license/ agreement with NRDC/CSIR-CRRI for manufacturing of cold mix paver.

S&F in replacement of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Nl-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10.000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specifed and as directed. Make:- Dark eye or Greenlite as approved.

S&F in replacement of cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye or Greenlite as approved.

S & F in replacement of metal delineator 1100mm longx100mmx20mm MS rectangular (medium grade) power coated and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200mm below ground level (approx 2-3 Kg weight) including excavation and PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200mmx200mmx200mm and making good surface as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

S & F in replacement of metal tubular dealinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastometer 3 band of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of convex mirror of 800 mm dia size made of one piece polycarbonate plastic, outdoor type, mounted on steel frame complete including all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
