Dismantaling unserviceable spring 250 mm long and S & F new spring as per existing pattern all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling existing seat cushion and S & F new seat PU foam cushion as per existing size to seat duly covered with flame retardent tapestry of rate not less than Rs 350/- per RM all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling existing back cushion and S & F new seat PU foam cushion as per existing size to seat duly covered with flame retardent tapestry of rate not less than Rs 350/- per RM all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling existing plywood in seat and back and S & F new ply BWR Gde below PU cushion as per shape all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the chair auditorium long back from the existing place , dismantaling the unserviceable broken angle iron of size 200 mm x 30 mm x 30 mm x 5 mm thick and 160 mm x 30 mm x 30 mm x 5 mm thick and S&F new angle iron of same size duly welded /drilling one hole of 6mm dia in each piece at top and re-fixing the chair at same place all as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO MOULDED PU FOAM CUSHIONED PUSH BACK CHAIR UPHOLSTERED WITH FLAME RETARDENT FABRIC PPCP MOULDED ARM: MAKE RANA , MODEL NO PBPR (Applicable to Item Nos 7 to 11) Dismantaling existing unserviceable arms rest of Chair auditorium long back and S&F new ready made arms rest as per existing including nuts and washers of best quality as approved all complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling unserviceable spring 600 mm long and S & F new spring as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling existing seat cushion and S & F new seat PU foam cushion as per existing size to seat duly covered with flame retardent tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs 350/- per RM complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling existing seat cushion and S & F new back PU foam cushion as per existing size to seat duly covered with flame retardent tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs 350/- per RM complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling existing plywood in seat and back and S & F new ply BWR Gde below PU cushion as per shape all as specified and as directed.

BED HARD TOP STEEL Drg No FD/MAP/E6/08® (Applicable to Item Nos 12 to 14) Removing the unserviceable shoes and S & F new PVC hard rubber shoes as per existing Bed Hard top Steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as required. Thereafter preparation of old surface by sand paper No 50 and wire brush and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint in Black colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable /broken ply wood top and S & F new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood top all as shown on Drg and as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYWOOD TOP Drg No : FD-220 (Applicable to Item Nos 15 to 20) Removing the existing unserviceable ply wood from GI charpoy and S & F 12 mm thick plywood, BWR grade, ISI marked alongwith two angle iron stiffeners 900 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm with 08 Nos nut bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable / broken long rail 32 mm dia and S & F new long rail for charpoy GI Pipe all as specified and as directed.

Preparing short rail from broken long rail obtained from Sl item No 4.02 above including cutting, threading etc and fixing for charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing the existing broken/ unserviceable short rail all as specified & as directed.

Preparing leg of GI Charpoy made from old long/short rail obtained from item No 4.03 above including cutting, threading etc and welding 3 mm thick base plate to the bottom of the leg complete including removing existing leg all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI, 3 way elbow, 32 mm bore, ISI marked, length not less than 65 mm in each way including dismantling of old GI elbow all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI checknut, 5 mm thick, suitable for 32 mm GI pipe including dismantling of unserviceable checknut all as specified and as directed.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS Drg No : FD/E6/MAP/01(Applicable to Item Nos 21 to 24) Dismantling existing unserviceable PVC arm rest and S & F new PVC arm rest of best quality one No, one piece arm rest of size 24 cm x 6.4 cm x 3.3 cm shall be made out of polyurethane 76-85 shore ‘A’ Hardness and reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable seat of chair writing and S & F new seat 75 mm thick polyurethane foam moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic mtr thick and hardness duly covered with tapesry cloth of rate not less than 250/- per RM complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable back of chair writing and S & F new seat 50 mm thick polyurethane foam moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic mtr thick and hardness duly covered with tapesry cloth of rate not less than 250/- per RM complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable shoes of chair writing and S & F new shoes of chair complete all complete all as specified and directed.
