Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan ) the earth obtained from cutting shall be used for filling purposes wherever required on road surface including watering, rolling with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne for banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth. including disposal of surplus earth, all leads and lifts and carriages (complete job).

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan) incl. dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr.incl. disposal or filling of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock in trenches, plinth , sides of foundation etc layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5 mtr

Providing and Filling RBM (River Bed Material ) in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth incl. watering and compacting with 80-100 KN power road roller (Grading III i.e. Max aggregate size 26 mm) Granular Sub base to specified lines, grades, cross sections incl. all leads and lifts complete .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering .- All work upto plinth level. 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto V-level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing, 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded Crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT/HL.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately All works above plinth level upto floor V level.Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess/ less cement over the specified cement content used is payable/ recoverable separately. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing ,laying,watering and compacting ( with 80-100 KN roller) WATER BOUND MACADAM Grade-II, with broken nallah stone aggregate of 63 mm to 45 mm size and screenings of 13.2 mm size to specified lines, grades and cross sections density, finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. ( conforming to clause 404 of MORT&H speciications).

Providing ,laying,watering and compacting ( with 80-100 KN roller) WATER BOUND MACADAM Grade-III, with broken nallah stone aggregate of 53 mm to 22.4 mm size and screenings of 11.2 mm sizeto specified lines, grades and cross sections, finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. ( conforming to clause 404 of MORT&H speciications).

Providing and laying 50 mm thick (compacted) premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified on CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4% ( 88.00 kg per cum) by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant,transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 Tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including applying tack coat (on WBM @ 0.40kg/sqm/on bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm) using bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) complying with IS 8887-1995, spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the surface as per specifications for road and bridge including all leads and lifts, carriages of material by HL/MT. complete ( including cost of bitumen).( conforming to clause 504 of MORT&H speciications).

Providing and laying 25 mm thick SDBC on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate for wearing coarse as specified straight run/cut back bitumen of grade 80/100@ 4.50% ( 103.85 kg per cum) by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant,transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 Tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including applying tack coat with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface including all but excludoing cost of bitumen.(as per the MOST specifications 511) including applying tack coat (on WBM @ 0.40 kg/sqm/on bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm) using bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) complying with IS 8887-1995, spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the surface as per specifications for road and bridge including all leads and lifts, carriages of material etc. complete( including cost of bitumen) .( conforming to clause 508 of MORT&H speciications).
