BUILDING WORKS (A) EARTH WORK,ANTITERMITE TREATMENT 2. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

MATERIALS AND LABOUR 1. Building (A) Materials delivered and stacked at site:      6)d)Silver Sand. Note: 1. The above rates are inclusive of all charges such as Royalty, Supervision Charges, etc. and also include allowance for sinkage, as applicable, and/or shrinkage and 10% Contractor?s Profit but exclusive of GST2. ORIGINAL WORKS 1 (b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. (This item is applicable to new work or old work when the original surface has been exposed by removal of old paint.)

SECTION 1. ------------BUILDING WORKS (J)WHITE WASH, COLOUR WASH, DISTEMPER A. ORIGINAL WORKS 16.Protective and Decorative Textured exterior high class matt finish paint of approved quality, composed of special Tharmoplastic Resin containing fine crystalline additives derive from Granite as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor Two Coat N.B. This item is to be selected only with written permission of Superintending Engineer for very resticted and small areas of a building.

BUILDING WORKS (F) STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, GRILLS, GATES ETC. A. ORIGINAL WORKS 13. (a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @ 1% for each addl. floor upto 4th floor and @ 1.25%for each addl. floor above 4th floor) (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr. (MODE OF MEASUREMENT):-The weight of grill per sq.m. will be determined by taking thephysical weight of fabricated grill and dividing the same by covered area of the same. N.B.
