Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of pipes :- Note : Necessary Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Re-laying the Cast pipes with spigot, socketed ends in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes (CI pipe taken up vide relevant item in schedule)

S&F ductile iron pressure pipes, class K7, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends as per following conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length as required at site and all jointing materials, making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes: Notes: (i) Rates are inclusive of Lead Joints / D-Joints and all other fittings as required during laying of pipes. (ii) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/LT/OFC Cables etc during the course of execution. M&L for construction of valve chamber having inner dimension 750 x 750 x 750 mm (suitable for gate valve upto 50mm) with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3 mm thick with brazing of MS flat of size 25 mm x 4 mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40 x 40 x 5 mm, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces, lime wash on internal and external cement surfaces and locking arrangements including demolition of the existing chamber, necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified.

Taking down split air conditioner consisting indoor and outdoor units carefully along with voltage stabilizer of any type capicity upto 2.0 TR by disconnecting all electrical connections, suction and discharge lines from its installed position and shifting to MES store yard complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, connect, test and commissioning of hi wall split units indoor / outdoor with suitable capacity complete with cordless remote control unit, with in built air ioniser, bio filter for better indoor air quality, leakage detector, LCD 7 Segment display, double drain, stabilizer free operation (work efficiently b/w 150-280v even at 48 degree C etc, with minimum 5 star rating with inverter technology and EER above 3.3 of capacity 1.5 TR (Copper condensor), operated using environment friendly refrigerant gas R410a/R32 inclusive of suction and discharge lines with suitable size of copper tubes, neccessary brazing, provision of nitrile tubing over gas circulating copper tubes up to 10 mtr, neatly tying the ends with PVC insulating tape, stand for outdoor unit, provision of suitable drain pipe for disposal of waste water upto ground level and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate deemed to be included cost of making necessary hole into stone/brick wall for copper tube & power cord and making good to damage all as existing.
