Improvement in lighting arrangement by providing and fixing of LED street lights & Poles with other allied works at Okhla STP by carrying out following works including all the required works, materials, arrangements tools & tackles workmanship, safety arrangements & equipments as per NHRC guidelines etc. and as per site requirement, re-modeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily. The work is also include that works/items, which are not taken into estimate but necessary to complete the work.Dismantling the damaged not working already fixed street lights, damaged cable, damaged pole box etc. from the existing poles with the help of skilled staff and high boom man lifting crane, tool & tackles, safety arrangement & equipments as per NHRC guidelines etc. as per site requirement and shifting and placing the same at a safe place designated by the engineer-in-charge. Supply of 6m high single hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with top dia of 70mm & bottom dia of 130mm made from 3mm thick HT plate with base plate of 200x200x12mm with 1000mm long galvanized single arm bracket with 15-20degree of angle. Pole designed as per IS 875 Part3 (1987) and material for foundation bolt shall be special high tensile MS round conforming to IS:2062, E250A. Mkt rate.

Erection of octagonal/ steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required. DSR 11.4

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Up to 35 sq. mm. DSR 7.1.1

Supply of 1.5sqmm single core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, 1100 Volt Conforming to IS 694 for connection of LED light to pole box in each pole. Make: Any DJB approved make. Mkt rate.

Wiring with 1.5 sq mm copper wire of 6mtr Pole from street light to pole box. Mkt rate.

Providing/ Fixing of pole box of suitable size with IP65/66 protection mounted on pole/ wall with clamp & suitable size nuts, bolts, hinged cover including 1 no. SPMCB (10A) etc. as required. Make: Sintex/ any DJB approved make. Mkt rate.

Testing & commissioning of the LED lights, cable, terminal box & other installed accessories and also checking all the connections prior to switching on as follows: (i) Continuity and earth testing (ii) Checking all for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
