REPAIR AND RECONDITIONING OF GARAGE DOOR, FLOORING AND SURFACE DRAINAGE SYSTEM ALONGWITH ALLIED COMPONENTS UNDER GE (NW) NOFRA

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortat bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick rectified glossy (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surface, of size exc 0.06 Sqm and not exc 0.16 Sqm 7-8mm thick as in dado/skirting or on vertical surface, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement match to existing and dismantling existing tiles or plaster over walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm, 7 to 8mm thick, laid in flooring, with & including 5mm thick adhesive of Ferrouscrete (FERRO-1122) / Fevimate XL- Pidilite / Gold star of Bal Endura or equivalant including necessary roughning of existing PCC flooring & levelling the floor if required, grouting the joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick, superior quality, 100mm high skirting, over & including a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3, complete and making nosing at right angle corner, including levelling the wall, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Skirting shall be flush with the walls

Taking down Cast iron/AC/PVC pipe of any dia and size fixed on wall or floor including all fittings complete all as specified.

S&F 100 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste fixed to wall.

S&F 75 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste fixed to wall.

M&L in repair100mm. cast iron Nahani trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4)

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed, as in ceiling.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper white or tinted over a coat alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and remove outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of Mod Land.

M &L 25 mm Cement concrete type -2 , 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling for or sub base of finishes including consolidation all as specified.

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigmentfixed with cement all as specified

Painting lines/arrows on road pavement n.exc. 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yelow

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb stone pcc or similar places etc incl dismantiling of exsting concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm/200x200x25 mm etc. glosy finish set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in CM 1:4, includig dismantling complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and Labour for MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixed Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F in repairs plain black MS sheet of thickness 1.25mm in wall cladding, steel gates, or in similar work complete all as directed.

(a) Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of any size any any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (c) JCB and other machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis.

Removing/cleaning of chocks/blockades of sewage of any size between manholes at any depth including pumping liquid waste/sewage, plugging and diverting the flow in the drain if necessary using Kampti/cleaning rods, choke removing machine etc and including taking precautionary and safety measures such as use of safety belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drains etc including drains manholes on either side and sewers passing hole knots disc of required size and sprinkle bleaching powder at places from where they are removed etc complete all as specified and directed
