Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine suitable to pass through 40 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old unserviceable street/security light fitting of any size/type complete all as specified and directed and deposited in MES storeyard.

Supply, fixing and testing of Aesthetically Designed LED Street light luminaires of 45 watts (Not less than 100 lum/watt output) IP66, made of die cast aluminium houisng and heat resistant toughned glass with excellent thermal management. LED's should have individual lens on each LED for uniform ditribution of light. Fitting should have operating Voltage range 100 to 280Volts, THD <10%, p.f>0.95 with inbuilt surge protection of 5KV and should have10KV extra surge protection mount externally, CRI >70, CCT 5500 -6000K including PVC connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix IP 65, LED flood light aesthetically designed with better thermal management of 120 Watt (Not less than 100 lum/watt output) with adjustable fixing arrangements all as complete all as specified and directed

M&L for taking down old unserviceable street light control switch of any size/type and supply, Installation & testing of Automatic power control timer switch of 63 Amps for street lights, Single phase with MCB, indicator and contactor, CRCA sheet metal powder coated box including locking and suitable mounting arrangement in existing steel/PCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wiring with PVC insulated 3 core 2.50 Sqmm copper wire sheathed from junction box/ACSR conductor to PVC connector of LED street light fitting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing tiles of any size and any description and relaying after laying of cable in all respect including preperation of surface and matching with existing surface complete including necessary sand filling all as specified and directed.

M&L for Taking out elect cable of any size and description from trenches/pipe/duct, including protection bricks complete all as specified and directed Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Cutting of wall/hard standing for laying of GI pipe/cables and making good the existing surface with using PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Supply and fixing in replacement GI bracket 1.2 mtr long, 40 mm dia, medium grade complete suitable for 90/60/70 watt LED light fittings with MS clamp bolts and nuts for fixing of bracket in to existing steel tubular/PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box made out of PVC 30cmx20cmx10.5cm complete including aluminium busher of suitable size three phase with insulators and MCB SP of 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven Eco friendly silent Generator set, Air cooled of capacity 30 KVA/24 KW, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply complete incl engine, Alternator mounted on common base frame fabricated from steel channel of suitable size in acoustic enclosure. Engine and alternator shall directly coupled with flexible coupling & anti vibrating mounting pads as per manufacture's instructions/design complete with prewired control panel (engine should be as per IS 10001/10002, alternator as per IS : 13364) and including with control relay, automatic starting on mains failure (AMF) Panel and built in fuel tank etc with following specification/features all as specified and directed :- (a) DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine Air cooled of adequate capacity for alternator 30 KVA/24KW with following provisions : (i) air cooling system (ii) fly wheel (iii) air cleaner (iv) Oil pump, (v) electric starting system with heavy duty maint free battery and battery charging alternator (vi) temp meter and oil pressure guage, (vii) Exhaust system of silent DG set shall be provided as per OEM tech, (ix) Engine safety sensors (LLOP & HWT) : Engine protection device against low lubricating oil pressure or high temporature and over speeding of engine and emergency stop push button out side the enclosure of DG set.

(d) Essential Accessories : (i) Fuel Tank : Sub Base fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of adequate capacity. (ii) Base Rail : Base rail with integral fuel tank is provided. (iii) Battery : 12 Volts, 150 Ah Maint free will be provided.(iv) Suitable capacity proper cable 4 x single core PVC insulated of required length from alternator panel to AMF panel incoming contact. Note:- (i) Entire DG set shall be procured from authorised original equipment manufacturer's M/S Jackson and company or M/S Sudhir Get Set Ltd or any other authorised original equipment manufacturer of Kirloskar / Cummins / Greaves Ltd/ Mahindra & Mahindra/Ashok Leyland (ii) The load test for 12 hrs shall be carried out by the contractor its own cost after completion of entire work. (iii) Necessary instruments consumable stores like engine oil, DHPP, Grease etc and appliances required for carrying out test shall be provided by the contractor and cost for this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F factory made sheet metal enclosure protection class IP-42 for mounting MCCBs as incomer of rating 63 Amp, confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with minimum 200 Amp bus bar ,single metal door concealed in wall including connections with aluminium thimbles as required, 415 Volt AC supply all as specified and as directed

S&F MS pipe medium class of YST 310 Grade of nominal bore 50 to 80 mm as columns/struts/verticle supports for frame work in path etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only LED Street light fittings of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. LED light fitting will be issued under Sch 'B' by the department. Note : Bracket will be measured and paid seperately.
