Supply & fixing in repair/ replacements of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on blocks on roof, complete all as specified and directed

Removing & refixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long by tightening with necessay fixing arrangement fixed on existing / new PCC blocks on roof and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 2 hereinbefore but 1.00 mtr long but fixed on ceiling on roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing & refixing of air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long by tightening with necessay fixing arrangement fixed on existing / new PCC blocks on roof and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous china porcelain insulator with busbar support white type, complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing in repair / replacement only aluminium strip of size 20/25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed to procelain insulator fixed with suitable saddles & fixing screws etc for roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator only on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2: 4 type B-O, using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of blocks size and IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grounting of porcelain insulator, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggretgate) for earth chambers as in repair / replacements, coping for GI pipe post including necessary form work, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning in filling and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and deposing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering ,40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point with and including construction of new test point etc. complete all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

All as per serial item No. 9 hereinbefore, but with copper earth electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick & earth continunity lead of size 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 09 & 10 :- (i). GI / copper strip upto 7.5 m will be deemed to be included in quoted rate of these items. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50cm away from the edge of earth pit & the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted for these items.
