Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (Carted Earth)

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Demolishing cement concrete manually including disposal of material within 50 metres lead As per S.I. No. 15.2.1

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602. (Not less than M-40 Grade)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.8

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Ch-5 SI No- 5.1.2

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.42

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 6.1.1

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. As per S.I. No. 13.4.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.3

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). As per S.I. No 7.8

Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface,(Bituminous & CC) Earth Work on patri, Drain, Culvert etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
