Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber framed in fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlines, etc under 40 sq cm in section all as directed.

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain fillet 2nd class soft wood section are exc 13 but n exc 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secure with nail or wooden beading complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates quality confirming to GDE Fe–410–W complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F rolled steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel or AC sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof /wall cladding covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding, coping (for interlocking tile fixing) levelling course and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including form work where ever required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening including fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Amount of credit of ₹ 1,46,290.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit, which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender. Note :– Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
