The materials required for cleaning , dusting, washing floors sweeping such as cloth, brooms, phenol , soap, naphtha balls, harpic, odonil etc. will be provided by contractor at his own cost. The general maintenance work like rewinding of fans, coolers, electric motors geysers, hot air blowers, water cooler, maintenance of electric fitting sanitary fittings etc. are not included in this work. Part B Maint. of Lawn at office and Guest House 1. Maintenance of gardens Lawn at RIICO Office and Guest House at Ind. area Malviya including maintenance of plants in gamalas Appro x 80 nos i. watering with water supllied by the Corporation. ii. Removal of weed, nirai ,gudai etc.cutting, trimming etc. iii. All tools and Machinery shall be brought by the contractor . iv. Use of insecticides and Fertilizers as required. v. Plantation of new seasonal Plant approx 100 nos after change of every season at his own cost vi. Penalty shall be imposed for irregular maintenance . vii.
