Construction of Anganwadi Building

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all Lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, and Back filling available Excavated Earth Trench, Plinth ,Sides of Foundation Etc,. In layers not Exceeding 20cm in depth Consolidating each deposited Layer By Ramming and Watering , lead lead Upto 50 m for all lifts. For All kinds of soil as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Granular sub-base, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, taging , curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for taging courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ Downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of Rs.8/Kg of cement . M30 grade with 350 kg. of Ordinary Portland Cement per cu.m. of concrete all works upto plinth level.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 ‘SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make’ and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed as per Enginner-in-charge including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.) shuttering with plywod panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt bricks including placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 3rd layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The quoted rate for the above shall be inclusive of 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 3rd layer.
