Dismantling of cement concrete pavement for sewer line and manholes by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, cutting the peripheral edge by CC cutter, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres including allowances for any additional dismantling beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings), rehandling of material/earth to complete the task.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 1 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration under sewer line and manhole work including allowances for any additional road restoration beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings) to complete the task.

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Stone, boulders, gravelly material

Raising circular brick/RR stone masonry manhole with circular opening 560mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of manhole and raising it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Brick work / RR stone work of raising depth of manhole to be paid separately)

Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of required height, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), including making good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer.

Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. 17.80.1 HD-20

Supplying & fixing 560mm opening dia SFRC manhole cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes frame complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. 17.81.1 HD-20

Providing and fixing pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular ring of ID 1.0m, wall thickness 125mm, height 150/225/300/600 mm for constructing extra depth of manhole beyond depth mentioned in item no-17.59.1 as per drawing.

Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for 'AA' class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. 12.6.1 Standard Size 600x800mm (75mm thick) for span 300 to 450mm

Standard Size 1000x800mm (100mm thick) for span 451 to 700mm

Standard Size 1500x600mm (125mm thick) for span 701 to 1200mm
