REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF HT LINES, VCBs, RMUs, HT CONTROLING DEVICES ALONGWITH MISC ITEMS UNDER GE NAGROTA

Repair /servicing/ Calliberation to HT panel of Make : Siemens/ Easun having vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity and current rating up to 630/800 Amps- 10 Nos & 33 KV rating VCB panels and outdoor VCBs-03 Nos (MRS-02 Nos & 01 No. in Shitli S/S) (33 KV VCB Make: Megawin switchgears & 33 KV VCB control panel make: Electric field), battery bank-02 Set, 33/11 KV 6.35 MVA transformers-02 Nos, Battery charger-02 Nos, ON Load tap changer panels-02 Nos by replacing defective/ Worn-out part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum interrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particles if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking/ repair replacement of all electrical/ manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts, springs, levers, latches, connectors etc. and adjustments as required and recommended. (h) Recording IR values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of busbar spout. (k) Cleaning of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note: (i) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manufacturer or licence holder retired from state electricity board only. No employee of authorized dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. (ii) The cost of minor spare parts i.e., nut and bolts, springs, grommets, dust cover, ring of isolator contacts, clips, pin for release prop. "Y" Phase shroud, over ride stop pin etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by contractor. (iii) Rates are deemed to include the cost of material and labour required to make alternative arrangement to bypass the electric supply through the HT panel or other HT line to avoid long period of shut down of electric supply. (iv) Servicing of VCB will be carried out once in a month in the entire period of contract. (v) The rate also includes to provide service engineer within 6 hrs when ever any faults occured in VCBs. (vi) If the contractor fail to provide service engineer within 12 hrs panel recovery of 3000/- per day will be be imposed. (vii) Minor spares required for the servicing/calibration also included in the item rate quoted and report will be submitted by service Engineer every month.

Supply, treating (dehydrating), filling new transformer oil in transformers for topping up levels or for replacement of unfit oil. New oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5mm Gap and shall be confirming to IS 335. Note : The Empty Barrel is the property of department. Supply should be given in Sealed Containers.

Filtration, dehydration of transformer oil as drained out from power transformer of any Capacity to make the oil fit for reuse by improving its dielectric strength not less than 60 KV below 45 KV dielctric strength oil shall be replaced with new oil (new oil for toping/or for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of sch 'A') here-in-after. Note: (a) Filtration to be done by dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of transformer oil comes to 60 KV), Contractor will test the dielectric strength of transformer oil before starting the dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydartion & filtration process and submit the record for the same.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Winding oil temparature meter suitable for 33/11 KV transformer including making connections, testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 11 KV Vaccum Interrupter of existing make and model number for 11 KV VCB, complete all as specified and directed.
