Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of 11.0 Ton water cooled Package Air Conditioner unit complete with blower section, centrifugal blower, coil section, DX cooling coil in AL. fins & copper tube construction drain pan, energy efficient Scroll compressors - 02 nos. with starters, microprocessor controllers working with eco-friendly refrigerant gas. Installation Place - Existing Machine Room adjacent to Auditorium including minor civil work (If any) as required for proper erection. Nothing will be paid extra on any account i.e. lifting, shifting, tools, tackles, any special arrangements etc. to meet site work requirement and to complete work in all aspects.

DSITC of 3.0 HP- 5.0 HP, (opted based on design and site requirement) Three Phase, RPM - 2900 (Up to) mono-block centrifugal pump with mechanical seal to circulate condenser water from package units to cooling tower, Installation Place - Existing roof above Auditorium including minor civil work (If any) as required for proper erection. Nothing will be paid extra on any account i.e. loading, unloading, lifting, shifting, tools, tackles, any special arrangements etc. to meet site work requirement and to complete work in all aspects.

Buy back and dismantling of old existing air conditioners water cooled Voltas make plant 3X7.5 TR rating installed in institute premises. The existing air conditioners water cooled Voltas make plant is in operational/functional condition. The firm has to dismantle, transport, and take back the existing Air conditioners from the installation place. A detailed item list is prepared and submitted by the firm to issue gate pass to take the materials outside the institute. Format will be given by concerned Engineer In- charge towards issue of gate pass. Make good if any things occur during dismantling. Installation Place - Existing Auditorium including minor civil work (If any) as required for proper repairing and making good. Nothing will be paid extra on any account i.e. loading, unloading, lifting, shifting, transportation, special tools, tackles, any special skill and specific arrangements (Scaffolding / ladder) etc. to meet site work requirement and to complete work in all aspects. The dismantling work may be carried out with all safety measures (personal and equipment’s) by engaging all the skilled man power and special tools as required for proper and safe dismantle including minor civil work (If any) as required for proper erection. The firm may physically inspect and check the existing old water cooled AC plant before quoting the price. Buy Back is mandatory.
