Supply ,install,commissioning and testing totally enclosed (silent operation with canopy,CPCB-IV compliant ),static type Diesel Engine driven,liquid cooled, Generating set of 58.5 KVA capacity with AMF Panel accommodated within accoustic enclosure (at 0.8 lagging P.F) , 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase system & for 0.85 Load factor complete all as specified.

(a) Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine shall be 4 stroke liquid cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at ambient temprature of 50°C ,50% RH & at 1000m above MSL, turbo charged, electronic governor, conforms to BS:5514/ISO 3046, BS 649, IS 10000 with capacity of 10% overload for one hour in every 12 Hours of contineous operation. The engine shall have noise limit of 75 dB(A) at 1 metre (or complied with CPCB and Environmental norms as notified by GoI time to time), Emission limit ( NOx + THC or NOx + NMHC or RHC <= 4.0 g/kW-hr, CO <= 3.5 g/kW-hr , PM <=0.2 g/kW-hr and Smoke limit <=0.7 m¯¹ as applicable to diesel engine) notified by Min of Env vide GSR 281(E) dt 07 Mar 2016(and amendment thereof ,if any). The OEM shall undertake Type approval and conformity of production certificate for emission standard for engine from agencies approved by GoI. Copy of the same shall be produced. The engine shall be engraved clearly as DIESEL on the cylinder block and a conformance label meeting the following requirement shall be affixed :- (a) Name and address of manufactuter of engine (b) Statement that the engine or product conforms to Env(Protection) Rules, 1986 (c) Type approval certificate number (d) Date of manufacture of engine (e) Rated speed and corresponding gross power in kW. The follwing accessories shall be as under :-

The salient feature are as under : (a) Permanent lubricating bearing (b) Permissible overloading of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs of contineous operation (c) Permissible unbalancing capability minimum 25% per phase

(e) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures suitable for 58.5 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet 16SWG of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted of three coats of dulux gloss synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :-

(i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet of ISMC suitable section . (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA 2 mm thick air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick. (v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing minerla rock wool slab thickness 100mm of density 96Kg/m3 confirming to IS 8183 , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation .Test report from original manufacturer to be submitted before incorporation in the work for authenticity of material . (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet 0.6mm thick powder coated (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel (viii) Sheet metal shall be eleven tank pretreated and powder coated.

(f) AMF CONTROL PANEL:- As per manufacturer's design with the following options: (a) Start/ stop settings including delay and timing setting duly programmable. (b) programmable timing for idle running . (c) Auto/ manual option. (d) Self starting kiks for three times or as per programme . (e) Alarm for any fault with buzzer and indicating lamp . (f) One main supply voltage monitor . (g) One alternator supply voltage monitor . (h) One set of DC control relays and timers. (j) One set of control relays for the automatic control system .

(g) FOUNDATION:- RCC Fuoundation M 20 ( or as per manufacturer design) ,250 mm overall height, 100mm above floor level and 150 mm below floor level of required size. (h) Acoustic Louvers / Attenuators at Air inlet/outlet :-The acoustic louvers provides excellent sound attenuation and good weather protection. Single blade and chevron blade louvers are manufacturefrom 16 SWG CRCA sheet top section with an acoustic in fill of resin bonded mineral rock wool has a density of 96 Kg/m3 .The under section is formed from 18 SWG CRCA performed sheet after covering with resistance tissues to prevent fire migration or by means of acoustic lined ducts. (j) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated one no. fuel pump.

(k) INSPECTION PORT :- Aluminium box frame with double welded glass fix type sealed with EPDM/neoprene rubber gasket, for viewing instrument panel. NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted . (b)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted . (c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Eng-in-charge which can be upto 20 meter from the road. (d) Testing of DG set shall be done as per relivant clause of PS.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade (earthed) cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core incl suitable size of lugs for connection in LT Panel complete all as specified. Note : The earth work, GI pipe & Clamp for suitable size to hold the cable on wall shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch A

All as per Item No 2 above but Cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc. 1.5mtr depth for laying of UG Cable/foundation etc complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each layer complte all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/loose soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class B bricks for protectioon of UG Cable laid in trenches complete all as specified.
