Excavation in trenches for laying of cables, pipes and manholes in any type of soil n. exc 1.50 metres wide and but exc 1.50 metres deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for pipes and manholes in any type of soil n.exc 1.50 metres wide and but exc 1.5 metre deep and not exc 3.00 metre deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old, bent/ tilted LT 9 metres poles including demolitioning PCC foundations, excavation and earth work, dismantling conductors, cross arms and insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete of any type and size and removing unservicable conductor from site, complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc. and as in mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stays, posts and struts etc. and as in mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09M long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching and numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installing uprooted LT steel tubular swaged poles including existing cross arms and reconnecting over head conductor complete (9 metres long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30 cms wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Serial Item No 12 & 13:- (i) Excavation & Earth Work, PCC in foundations, coping etc shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ. (ii) Uprooted poles under respective items of BOQ shall be used.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm/ loop insulator and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Painting to existing steel tubular LT poles, 9m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with one coat of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos upto 1.50 metres height) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green 75mm high and 90mm dia for conductor of working pressure 1100 volts including galvanised mild steel straps of 31x3mm size, 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts , complete all as specified including taking down old insulators of any type, shape and size, all as specified and directed.

Supply and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT over head line for repairs, re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnecting and re-binding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after re-stretching, connecting jumpers, adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 metres clear distance from wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Dismantling of ACSR shall be done only those spans/ sections where sags/ kinks & bends have developed, snapped at places. (ii) Distance between two poles irrespective of no of conductors shall be considered as a single span.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/ pole 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS : 1554 (part-I)/ IS 7098 (part-I) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core complete including taking out old unservicable cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/ pole 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS : 1554 (part-I)/ IS 7098 (part-I) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core complete including taking out old unservicable cable all as specified and as directed. Note for Serial Item No 19 & 20:- Excavation & Earth work, brick cable cover, GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetly.

Pole mounting bracket made out of galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia, light grade of length 1.50 metres with two clamps made out of 25x4mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete accesseries all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

Post top latern decorative 360° indirect light LED 40 Watts having IP-65 protection suitable for pole dia 50mm complete including making connections with suitable cable and taking down old uniserviceable fitting all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat No. LPTO-40-CDL or Bajaj Cat Part No CELESTA-BGCL 40W LED or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'C'.

Timelite 32 Amps, 240 Volts astronomical time switch fitted to poles/ walls including service connections including taking down old unservicable switch all as specified and directed. Make:- Havell's Cat No. DHTBW01006 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'C'.

Isolating, disconnecting and taking down carefully existing unservicable street/ security LED light fittings from 9 metres LT poles/ walls, testing the same for replacement of unservicable spare parts (Such as electronic driver) and other items required for over making the lights servicable and refixing the same on its original position including making connections with PVC insulated 2 sqmm aluminium cable sire of required length with connectors and testing on completion of capacity 20/ 25/ 30/ 45/ 65/ 70 Watts complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) LED driver shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only. (ii) Labour for taking down, dismantling, connecting back and re-fixing shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Roadway lighting luminaire, LED street light 70 watts, IP-66 having aluminium housing with toughned glass on 9.00 metres poles/ walls. LED should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick heat transfer of heat to heat sink. This ensure the LED assembly free from dust/ moisture/ water entry (IP-66). The operating voltage should be from 90V to 300V with under voltage and over voltage protection. The luminaire should be connected aluminium pvc insulated wire 2 sqmm as required at site and connecting the same to the cable with the help of the connector all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Cat Part No LSTP-70 CDL of CG/ or Havell's Cat Part No ENDURACITYLINERNEOSL70WLED757PASYBOTG or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'C'.

Supply only high end electronic driver for LED street light fitting 25 to 72 watts complete all as specified & directed.

Isolating, disconnecting and taking down carefully existing unservicable street/ security LED light fittings from 9 metres LT poles/ walls of any capacity/ type/ size/ make complete all as specified & directed.

Roadway lighting luminaire, LED street light 30 watts, IP-66 having aluminium housing with toughned glass on 9.00 metres poles/ walls. LED should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick heat transfer of heat to heat sink. This ensure the LED assembly free from dust/ moisture/ water entry (IP-66). The operating voltage should be from 90V to 300V with under voltage and over voltage protection. The luminaire should be connected aluminium pvc insulated wire 2 sqmm as required at site and connecting the same to the cable with the help of the connector all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Renewal of high efficient LED flood light 100 Watts made of pressure die cast aluminium housing anodised AI reflector & enclosed with toughened glass having IP-66 protection. LED should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick heat transfer of heat to heat sink. The luminaire should be designed for 50K burning hours at an ambient temperature of 45 degree. The LED mounte on front side of the body should be permanently protected by a cover fitted with clear toughened glass. This ensure the LED assembly free from dust/ moisture/ water entry (IP-66). The driver should be potted type with electrolytic capacitor of min 105 degree rating. The operating voltage should be from 90V to 300V with under voltage and over voltage protection. The driver must be with phase to phase protection 400V upto 8 hours. The luminaire should be connected with 1.5 sqmm wire as required at site and connecting the same to the cable with the help of connector all as specified & directed. Make:- Havell's Cat Part No "JETAIRISFLS100WLED757ASYMLTG"/ or "Helonox" Cat Part No HLFLD-ML01-100-CWL/ or "CG" Cat Part No LHB-100-CDL/ 60-M or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix "C".

(iii) IESNA LM 79 for fixture and with stand to wind velocity 150 mph with test certificate. (iv) Warranty upto two years.
