Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets of any thickness including cover fillets and supporting frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down asbestos (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering including ridge of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based Plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge to roof sheeting, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof covering, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing up to 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water trought and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for superficial area n.exc 150 Sqcm and making good with cement mortar (1:3) or in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled structural steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, RCC wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down wih water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1mm thick wall care putty including sanding and cleaning go obtain even and smooth suraces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling including 6 mm dia GI wire hangers upto 1200 mm length, adjustable level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1 mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in grid of size 605mmx605mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
