PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER PERIPHERALS

Bidder should have minimum 3 years of experience in supplying of IT Products and other related products to Govt/PSU, document to be uploaded as proof

Bidder must provide warranty period for minimum three year and after sales assistance must be provided even after warranty period.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum cumulative turnover of Rs. 50,00,000/- during the last 03 years

Declaration Letter from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) that certifies Installation of Factory Pre-loaded Genuine OS (operating System) should be uploaded at the time of participation and same should be confirmed by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Registered Office of the bidder must be Mandatorily in Bangalore.

The Bidding firm should have an ISO Certificate 9001 2015

OEM/Bidders should not have been blacklisted by any Govt./PSU/Banks anytime in the past for 3 years for similar IT products. A self-declaration should be uploaded.

Capability Statement

The bidder should have PAN/GST and other relevant registrations.

Certificate/ dealership authorization letter issued by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for having appointed the bidders as the authorized seller/distributor of Desktop Computer Systems / Laptops / Electronic Tablets

The firm/Agency should submit at least two past performance experience letters with Government agencies/PSUs and satisfaction letters should be submitted.
