REPAIR/ MAINT OF DISPERSAL SLAB, SHOULDERS, SIDE DRAINS, NON LOAD BEARING AREA AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS AT AIR FIELD IN TECH AREA AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete / bituminous surface in ground floors and pavings exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished materials (concrete etc) to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc 5 Km outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS: 73 at a rate of application of 2.5 kg/ 10sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 350mm thick Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength not less than 45Kg/sqcm in field using 20mm graded stone aggregate using minimum 400 kg of cement per cum mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by wt of cement, including form work for laying in bays (using slip form paver 9.0 m width) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint fill with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, i.e the thickness of slab, provision of closed cell backup rod 30 mm dia filled with polyurethane sealant (Min depth of sealant above backup rod shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS4254 and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF± 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tap on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tap after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joint 1/3 of depth of slab and top 25 mm and 8mm wide to received PU and remaining 3 mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 10 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Min depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS4254 and EN41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF± 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tap on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tap after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 25mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 10 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Min depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS4254 and EN41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF± 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tap on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tap after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PQC/RCC core cutting of 152 mm dia and depth upto 200mm for Mooring points and providing 20mm mild steel U shape bar including installation, drilling, grouting/filling with use of material RE-500V4 HILTI including tool use with core cutting drill 25mm and 16mm machine to be use for the cutting of PQC/RCC to furnish the cutting pieces, dismantling with HILTI Machine and removing excavated material from the site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.
