Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick or masonry, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base for pole, pillar base, post hole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 19/20mm thick plywood boarding, grade BWR, type BB as in eaves/barge boards fixed with screws on flat iron/timber frame work support complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scoffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

M&L for Mild steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, shape and any size and thickness as in railings/grills as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixed in any location including taking down old rusted/damaged railing of any type and description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15cm but not exceeding 22.5cm and dia of neck 16 to 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, surface of concrete finished even and fair without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete ceilings, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar in walls, ceilings and similar structural members up to depth of 20 mm, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foregin particals etc., and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions, Over prepared surfaces provide 20mm thick high build polymer modified cement sand mortar (1:2½) mixed with 5 litres (minimum) NITOBOND SBR per 50 kilograms of cement of M/s FOSROC Chemical (India ) Pvt Ltd or equivalent in Dr. Fixit or Harjas Coatings & Polymers including necessary scaffolding up to 15 m and including match the existing shade of suface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying polymer modified cement screed / plaster 20mm average thickness in CM(1:3) duly mixed with polymer modifier NITOBOND-AR of FOSROC @ 10 Litres/ 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions to old surfaces of roofs/parapet walls/masonry and similar structural members in repairs including necessary scaffolding and shoring upto height of 12 metres complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: Equivalent product manufactured by Pidilite Industries/Harjas Coatings and Polymers as per manufacturer's instructions in lieu of NITOBOND-AR by FOSROC may also be used with the approval of GE. NOTE: Necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor for labour working at high elevated places

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying 3mm thick Birla wall care putty in two coats (primary coat and finishing coat) for smooth surface by grinding/sanding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 95 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 3½ core, 120 Sqmm laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc., and connecting up with suitable size of lugs, glands and jointing material including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE for all items of cable: 1. Cable test results like continuity test, megger test shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge before the cable is laid. 2. Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

S&F aluminium strip 25x3mm on insulators fixed on the surface of walls/roofs/ceilings/poles with screws @ 1.0 m c/c for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The cost of insulators shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground or fixed to walls/poles with necessary clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A', cut to shape required duly welded with angle iron frame and supports, handles for lifting as in cover plates of cable trenches/ducts as per site requirement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all sides complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing carefully existing cables, earth strips/wires of any type from existing damaged cable trays of any size, type and from any location etc., and supply and fix new hot dip galvanized iron perforated cable trays of size 300mm wide x 100mm high, made of 2 mm thick GI sheet, vertically/horizontally on walls/ buildings/ floors/ roofs etc., including fixing them with necessary fasteners / nuts and bolts, coupler plates and all connected accessories as per site requirement, replacing and securing the existing cables, earth strips/wires back in position on new cable trays complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: MANIBHADRA ELECTRICALS PVT. LTD. or equivalent reputed make as approved by the GE.

M&L for mild steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including dismantling old unserviceable steel sections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to 32x6mm GI earth strip as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to common earth dolly including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: 1) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. Page Nos. 422 & 423 of SSR Part-II. 2) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 100mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/poles or laid in floors/road crossings complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe of size 77mm (Outer diameter) x 63mm (Inner diameter) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc., laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls for as in protection of LT/ HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe of size 63mm (Outer diameter) x 50mm (Inner diameter) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc., laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls for as in protection of LT/ HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Out door LT panel / LT pillar box of dimensions 90cm x 75cm x 70cm size with following specifications. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 3 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), all over body front and back cover with hinges and aldrops for locking arrangements duly 1 mm thick FRP coated all over external surfaces and 2 mm thick MS sheet for bus bar cover panel partitions and bottom cable entry covers duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with control wiring to complete LT panel with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS copper cable and 6 A MCB's, meters, breaker control supply and indication lamps, base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP-65 and locking arrangements including taking down old unserviceable LT panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting Details : Pillar box shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer and marking of details of capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing/ danger notice board in capital English alphabets with red colour radium sticker of required size. Accessories for Pillar Box: (i) 0-500V Digital voltmeter - 01 No (Flush type) (ii) 0-500A Digital Ammeter - 01 No (Flush type) and (iii) Indication Lamps (LED) RYB - Set of 03 Nos. MAKE: L&T / BINAY/ ELMEASURE (iv) Incomer:- MCCB, 4 pole, 250 Amps, 50Hz, 36kA rupturing capacity, 415 Volts adjustable type with thermal and magnetic release-1 No. Make:L&T Cat part No. CM98065OOPO or equivalent in SCHNEIDER/ ABB/ LEGRAND (v) Outgoing:- Aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm and 45cm long for RYBN. NOTES: (i) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of MCCBs, Volt meter, Ammeter, Indication lamps and connected wiring with necessary spreader links, lugs, glands and connecting of cables as per site conditions and complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) The unit rate quoted deemed to include for cost of breaking the existing foundation, if any and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces. (iii) Drawings must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication of LT Panel.
