Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed etc complete.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal etc complete.

Brick work with Flyash Brick (23 X 11 X 8) cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation etc.

White washing two coats with Shell lime including cost of all labour etc. complete..

Finishing walls with Cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade exculding cost of paint.
