Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatley.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and over a thin layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm and over a thin layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment in order of precedence as given below complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Taking out of existing water proofing treatment and including padding, cleaning the surface using wire brush, brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (ii) 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. (iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Cont.)

(v) Applying one coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over APP as per manufacturer's instruction. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be "ShaliTex Primer" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction.

Dismantling cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified nad directed.
