MDVs, MPOs, Mill outlet Elbows and Classifier Blades – Overhauling work for HP 803 Bowl Mill Providing support for coal pipe above the mill, dismantling and lowering of 1 No. MDV to mill floor at 2.52 mtrs for inspection of internals and lifting of either new or repaired or modified one no. MDV to position and coupling with coal pipe and releasing of supports including patch welding, cost of consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling and lowering of 1 No. MPO to mill floor at 2.52 Mtrs. For inspection of internal and renewing the worn-out components if necessary and lifting of either new or repaired MPO to the position and coupling with mill discharge valve including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for dismantling the old worn out orifices on mill top assembling of new/old Orifice including hard facing positioning, cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for arresting the coal pipe firmly, dismantling Victaulic coupling and lowering down the mill outlet elbows to 4.5 m. floor including charges for scaffolding, cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for inspection of mill outlet elbows and changing the deflector block if any lifting the elbows and assembling with proper alignment with the existing pipe line and removing coal pipe supports and devolution of scraps to stores, including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for dismantling venturi outlet assembly from mill top with the removal of venturi outlet, venturi vanes, venturi outlet conical collar assembly, coal feed pipe and devolution of scrap to stores including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for fixing of new venturi vane, patch welding and assembling the venturi outlet assembly, venturi outlet conical collar assembly with coal feed pipe and the mill top including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling of worn out classifier assembly, inspection of deflector blade, cleaning, replacing of worn out deflector blade components renewal and assembling of new classifier assembly with its links. The overhauled classifier assembly was checked from 0 to 6 positions and ensured that the deflector blades, links move correspondingly to its position without any malfunction, including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Overhauling of Classifier System by removal of Classifier spherical bearing links, Overhauling and retapping the sockets, replacing of wornout studs and nuts and synchronising the operation of Classifier Control Vanes Inner and Outer of the mill, including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for new/ reconditioned inner cone with ceramic tiles, lifting to mill floor [2.5m elevation] providing chain blocks, pull lifts and pushing in the inner cone segments [3 segments] into the mill, lifting, positioning and fixing them with the classifier cone and tightening all bolts and nuts including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for Dismantling of separator body top along with classifier assembly and reassembling the separator body top as per direction of engineer in charge. This includes cutting, bending, replacing worn-out liners, making the fixture for lifting arrangements, lead, lift retapping and cleaning the threaded holes in the flange etc. including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for checking the axial and radial alignment between the motor and mill worm shaft by making use of 3 Nos. dial gauges, mounting the dial gauge fixtures on the shaft and setting the dial gauges on the fixtures and adjusting the motor and completing the alignment within the prescribed limits, including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for dismantling the centre feed pipe from mill top to transition piece lowering down and placing it in the specified area. Cutting the worn-out portion and reconditioning with new/old pipe aligning with the mill and fitting in the correct position as per the direction of Engineer in charge, necessary scaffolding platform and support to be provided by the contractor. This includes consumables and transport of materials from stores and devolution of scrap to stores including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Charges for dismantling the centre feed pipe lower from mill top to dresser coupling lowering down and placing it in the specified area, cutting the worn-out portion and reconditioning with new pipe aligning with the mill and fitting in the correct position as per the direction of Engineer in charge, necessary scaffolding platform and support to be provided by the contractor. This includes consumables and transport of materials from stores and devolution of scrap to stores including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Fabrication of walkway around transfer chute, dismantling and removal of wornout transfer chute from 18 mtr to 'O' mtr, (Under dismantled condition of Centre Coal Feed Pipe, POEs, MDVs, MPOs during Overhaul) transportation, leading, lifting, positioning and refixing the new reconditioned transfer chute including cost of consumables and T&P's.
