REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROADS APPCH ROADS IN OTM AND MD ACCN INCLUDING REPAIR/MAINT OF CAT EYES ROAD MARKING PATH BERM PAINTING AND OTHER ROAD FURNITURE IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I AND AT BARABANKI IN THE AREA OF AGE E/M UNDER GE EAST LUCKNOW.

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well rammed (including supply of road metals) and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content (Bituminous grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as directed and directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the Job mix design and the test as specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule 'A' shall be adjusted @ Rs 41.13/Kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantityof 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with @ 4% binder content (Bituminous grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.50 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm wide using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indegeneous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed paint in marking complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair soalr road stud Make : Alexis Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Cat Part No. 1901 or equvalent in Avery Denission/Dark eye as directed by GE and fixed with suitable size studs as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specification before fixing the cat eye and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor against this item.

S&F in repair delineator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30 mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is mounted in ABS plastic and it is fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grded stone aggregate of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Modular type speed braker / rumbler made of sturdy plastic (ABS) material of size 250 x 350 x 50 mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction. Make : Road Star cat No GP1005 or quivalent of make Tata / 3M / Avery Denission / Dark Eye.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade rubber moulded precast concrete inter locking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 40 mm thick sand cushion set joited and pointed with grey cement slurry and pigment to match the floor with approved design/colour all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cat eyes of size width not more than 130mm and height not more than 20 mm made of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather condition along road complete all as specified and directed.Make: Avery Dennison/3M/Dark eye/Stimsonite
