| 1Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc. • To carry out periodic / scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire cabin and PCR AC system as per the check sheet and OEM recommendations in each equipment, once in a month.• Attend and rectify minor breakdown/repair if any within 24 hrs. of complaint. To change / clean AC filters, compressor oil as and when required or as per maintenance manual. • To do leakage test using nitrogen, refill the refrigerant gas if any leakages and rectifying the cause. • To check sub parts of AC system such as compressor, evaporator, blower assy., thermostat, fuse, electrical connections, AC belt, etc. on regular basis and ensure their proper working so as to ensure comprehensive good cooling is provided by A.C.s reliably. To change/repair any sub part if it malfunctions. • To ensure working of both cooling as well as heating systems throughout the contract period. • All tools and tackles shall be provided by the AMC holder. • Planning of spares for maintenance and repair to be procured and provided by project/NCL shall be required to be done by AMC holder. • If a machine remains breakdown for a complete month, no payment shall be made for that machine in that particular month.• During breakdown/maintenance of AC vehicle to be arranged by contractor itself and entry in mines to be allowed on temporary basis after verification of desired documents. Additional term and Condition- • Contractor shall be responsible for fulfilment of all statuary requirement for commencing the job. • It shall be the responsibility of the firm to collect regular updates of the Breakdown HEMMs form project and secure the components of Air conditioning system with proper arrangements within time during major breakdowns to avoid failure of components. The required support shall be provided from project. • The firm shall provide response to attend the repair / maintenance of the air conditioner within 24 hours after being informed by SMS / email on their registered mobile no /email. • Full functioning of AC system to be ensured as required for operator’s comfort i.e. firm has to ensure proper functioning of cooling system in the machine through-out the contract period. | |||||
