Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing System The earthing set comprise of:- (a) One number of copper bonded Rod of diameter 17.2 mm and length of 10 feet UL approved with 25 KA current discharge test from CPRI. The material shall be low carbon high tensile copper bonded roads with 99.9% of copper on the surface. The UL Approval certificate shall be provided. (b) The electrode shall be installed in a 100 mm dia 3000 mm deep augured bore hole. The augured bore hole shell be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall be not less than 30 Kg per pit. (c) One no copper bush bar of size 25 x 6 x 150 mm should be exothermic welded with copper bounded rod 17.2 mm dia x 3 mtr length. (d) One No of PVC pit cover for covering of earthing. (e) Exothermic connection of 25x6x150 mm bus bar to 35 sq mm copper cable. (f) 35 sq mm PVC insulated copper cable for interconnection of earthing and equipment quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of copper cable 35 sq mm up to 7.5 m with 40 mm light grade GI protection pipe. Supply and fix AC box sheet metal enclosure SPN with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240V complete all as specified and directed. Make Legrand or equivalent.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm single core multi stranded PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductors cable 1100 volts FRLS grade ISI make and drawn through & including PVC non metallic casing and capping with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes fixed on wall including one PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one 5 pin 5A flush type socket point on independent board.
