Construction of Additional Block (OPDS, Administrative wing) of civil Hospital Nadaun, Hamirpur (H.P.)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains for all kinds of soil and ordinary rocks including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms upto all lifts including getting out the excavated soil and disposal and transportation of surplus excavated soil / unuseful material for disposing at dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) within all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling with available excavted earth (exculding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etcetra in layer not exceding 20 cm (twenty centimeter) in depth consolidating each deposited layer by the ramming and watering complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling with properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone solling under floors of selected hard stone including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 (one cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10(ten) of approved quality using 1.7 kg ( one point seven kilogram ) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing Plinth protection with 50 mm (Fifty millimetres) thick interlocking paver blocks of M -30 (M-thirty) grade of NTC or its equivalent with 23cm (Twenty three centimetres) diametre Half round stone ware pipe for drainage purpose laid over 25cm (twenty five centimetres) thick cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded) stone aggregate bedding complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
