Material & labour roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor/slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to remove all loose dust etc, and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre on floor/roof surface, complete all as specified.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with 3% of WPC and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour, cleaning the new or old pastered or concrete surfaces and water proofing treatment of roof horizontal surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (c) Finally finished with a coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane.

The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

M&L for lean concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40 mm brick coarse aggregate, as in sunken portion/sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, complete all as specified.
