SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND PROPER COMMISSIONING OF 33 KV RMUs WITH GUARANTEE PERIOD OF 05 YEARS AS PER FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION :- Note:- A permanent sticker containing the name, address, mobile number, contract number, name of material manufacturer, address, mobile number, date of installation and guarantee period of the contracted working agency will be affixed on the RMU by the working agency)

33KV, 630 Amps. & extensible, outdoor duty (02In- 1Out) 3 Way fully motorised and manually operated Ring main unit (Scada compatible) (2 LBS+1 Breaker) consisting of copper busbar in SF6/AIR insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal arc of 25 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank, Ingress protection (outdoor) IP54 and cable chamber with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel. Suitable CT with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits Or similar technology. Hermitically sealed stainless steel switching chamber. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel /space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibale easy integration with SCADA networks. (Supply of FRTU is not in scope) Aux. PT, Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised operation by remote control. Circuit Breaker protection using a wide range of self-powered and auxiliary relays. Accessible cable Earth & Test Facility at the front of the unit. The scope is including Plinth and Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories. ( Makes: ABB / Siemens / Eaton / Schneider/Lucy/any other make approved in UPPCL) FOR CONSUMER END with complete connections in all respect and guarantee of period 05 years and providing of 01 No. Technical person (knowledge about RMUs operation) for technical support for smooth operation of above RMUs in (05 years) warranty period. Note:- FDR/E-BG @ 10% value of RMU will be deposited separately by the contractor for warranty period.

Construction of foundation structure / Plinth (concrete ratio 1:3:6) & Fencing (Fully covered of RMU) suitable for above RMUs complete in all respect.

Providing & Installation Pipe (G.I. Pipe size 1.25 inch) Boring water level earthing (upto 200-220 feet) for RMU with G.I. earhting strips (32mm X 6 mm suitable for RMU) of best quality (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms complete in all respects. (All material wiil be provided by the contractor for Earthing)

The Excavation of foundation pit in CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack by using heavy duty compressor and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be 600x600x1800 mm for each pole and having a depth of 1/6 of the full length of the support.

Fabrication & fixing of MS channel / Angle as per site requirement complete in all respects.

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 Mtr. long ST Pole for 33 KV line & double metering including fixing of all accessories of 33KV line & double metering as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Grouting of each pole (In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.880 Cu.m) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Excavation of earth and driving of M.S. earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts etc. as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Drilling of suitable dia 200 mm by trenchless (HDD method) by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.5 mtrs below the ground level for D/C laying of 33 KV cable complete in all respects.

Providing of 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe PN 6, PE 80, 200mm Dia (PVVNL approved) after inspection of competent committee at manufacturing site of the items with actual guarantee period.

Laying and interconnecting of above 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe PN 6, PE 80, 200mm Dia (PVVNL approved) in trench for D/C laying of 33 KV cable complete in all respects..

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop.

Providing of HDPE Socket suitable for HDPE pipe 200mm dia.

Fixing of above HDPE Socket 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sq.mm. and 200mm dia pipe.

Authority Road cutting charges / Forest charges / Electrical safety charges with any type of NOC and Road Restoration as per authority norms for hot mixed pakka road / CC road / kaccha road / mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack after cable laying as it is when start of work.

Tree prunning / cutting as per work site requirement.

Laying and pulling of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sq.mm. through HDPE pipe complete in all respects.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sq.mm. at D/P & in loop & riser complete in all respects.

Hi port test for 33 KV 3x300 sq.mm XLPE cable.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mmXLPE cable on double pole structure through GI pipe 6 inch dia 3 mtr long fixed on pole structure including its jumpering complete with clamps, bolts and nuts.

Laying, Lifting, and final Binding, Sagging / Jumpering of ACSR Dog Conductor including fixing of all accessories as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Errection & Commissioning of 33 KV Outdoor CT-PT Unit 200/1 A with providing suiatble channel/angle/clamp etc. as per RESPO norms complete in all respects for metering system.

Errection & Commissioning of 33 KV Pilfer Proof Resistance Meteering Cubicle (0.25 Accuracy) with providing suiatble channel/angle/clamp etc. as per RESPO norms complete in all respects for metering system.

Errection & Commissioning of 33 KV ABT Meter with providing suiatble channel/angle/clamp etc. as per RESPO norms complete in all respects for double pole metering system.
