CONSTRUCTION OF 30000 LITRES OHT WITH 12M STAGING HEIGHT AT CHETTIVILAI VILLAGE IN THIRUPPANIPUTHANTHARUVAI PANCHAYAT.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead 10m and lift of 2.0m in the following classification of soils, bailing out water wherever necessary including providing danger lights etc., and as directed as per specification SS 20B and special specification. in Hard rock Rock requiring blasting as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

First depth of 2m for column foundation

Second depth of 2m for column foundation

M-Sand filling for foundation with river sand including consolidation ramming etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge

a) for column foundation

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight course aggregate of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, consolidating finishing and curing etc., complete and as directed for works beyond 1.50m and upto 4.50m depth below ground level.

a) for column foundation

Reinforced cement concrete M30 grade using 10mm and 20mm Hard Broken Stone. The rates excluding the cost of supplying, fabricating and placing in opposition of MS / RTS Grills for reinforcement and centering, strutting & shuttering, but including cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, vibrating, consolidating, finishing and curing the concrete etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rates inclusive of testing the reservoir for the water tightness of the structure)

Centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surface including strutting upto 3m ht., using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG. 10 gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 2mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia. at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putt

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of HSD steel rods for reinforcement including the cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete and as directed by officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder wide 45cm made out of 50×50×6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint to for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by officers.The rates includes concrete Bed block in in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at Top and bottom of suitable size with necessory anchor bolts.

Providng manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC inner 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by officers. (M-0640)

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for lnlet, outlrt, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete as detailed below.65mm Φ GI pipes
