M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage Pattern) over priming coat premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceiling including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage pattern) on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered/ undecorated old decorated surface of wall/ceiling and applying two or more coat premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre over a coat of primer, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

Site Clearance in soft and loose soil including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceilings finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

Providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix motor mix with polymer fibre fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface additives, on external surface including transporting of material, mixing, curing etc complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F mild steel in framed work as in doors or steel gates of tubular section, angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe- 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F 1.60 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes for notching of wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft and loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc comlete all as specified (each line wire to be measured).

S&F in repair re-inforced punched concertina coil of 600 mm dia (chrome razer or blade wire) with barbed tape of 0.50 mm thick galvanised steel steel sheet or core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire including galvanised mild steel staple/clips for tying at crossing etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.

Supplying only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified.

S&F 11 to 15 mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end,or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut but length exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long all as specified.

S&F Mild Steel round bar 10 dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for Gd.I, Fe-432 (Part I) complete all as specified.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutter of thickness 1.00 mm without ball bearing as specified including top cover , anchoring rod , hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved , design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Informatory boards : Providing and fixing in repair retro reflectorised informatory sign boards with information both side made out of high intensity grade setting fixed over aluminium sheet 1.5 mm thick, framed on 25 X25 stainless steel square hollow section and fixed by 8mm round Stainless steel bar to stainless steel tubes 40mm medium grade 1.20 m long and embeded in the ground size 30x30x45 cm of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and necessary excavation etc for size 1.20 X 0.90m complete all as directed.
