M&L for taking out existing OCB's from Sub station 'B', Command OP's room & Civil Zone of capacity 11 KV and kept beside to E/M yard using suitable T&P and vehicle without damaging the OCB's including removing HT cable connection, earthing strips etc including making good the disturb surface of the sub station complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 11KV, totally enclosed incoming 800A, 50Hz, 20 KA/3sec, drawout type powder coated factory fabricated insulated, both side extensible indoor compact Vacuum circuit breaker panel, 3 phase switch gear cubical type of modular design with partition on frames between panel, floor mounting having the extendable busbars from TOP of the switchgear only, totally metal enclosed, indoor switchgear with access to the switchgear and cable compartment from rear side and the cable entry from bottom or as per recommendation of original equipment manufacturer complete with the arc proof cable compartment doors and mechanical interlocks with 01 No Vaccum circuit breaker as incomer, 07 Nos draw out type Vacuum Circuit breaker as outgoings 400 amp in one common copper bus bar of suitable size and panel having IP-40 Degree of protection with and including following items:-

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 20 kA Indoor both Side Extensible Motorized 3 way SF6 gas insulated floor mounted with copper bus bar Ring Main Unit shall consisting of 02 Nos Incoming Vacuum Circuit Breaker along with Mechanical & Electrical Interlock and 01 No Outgoing Vacuum Circuit Breaker. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in hermetically sealed 2/2.5 MM thick Stainless steel tank of SS441 grade with IP class IP67 and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200. HT Panel shall be with fixed type VCB for 11KV earth system 50Hz AC three phase including earth fault and over current protection, manual & motor operated spring charging mechanism for VCB. RMU shall be facilitate for cable termination from the front only. Totally enclosed conforming to relevant IEC standard with fitting of protection relay with indicators as under: A) Incomer VCB - 2 Nos consisting of following: (a) Manual & Motor operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having spring mechanism. (b) Three position disconnector/earthing switch downstream vacuum circuit-breaker. (c) Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch. (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type. (e) Push button for ON/OFF the VCB. (f) 3O/C + 1E/F Self Powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay type DPX-V5 with communication port. (g) Ring core protection current transformer of suitable ratio, 2.5 VA, SP10 for protection - 3 Nos. (h) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH/Spring charge Indication. (i) Cable boxes suitable for 1 X 3C x 300 sq mm XLPE Cable with Cable Termination protectors. (j) Cable boxes should be Arc Proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective Earthing Switches. (k) Mechanical as well as electrical Interlocking should be provided to avoid phase shorting. (l) A battery bank/power backup of 30V 40 A DC output and 230 Volt 50 Hz input for charging including maintaince free battery 2 V each having 15 Nos complete in MS box sheet.

B) Outgoing VCB - 01 No consisting of following: (a) Manual & Motor operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having spring mechanism. (b) Three position disconnector/earthing switch downstream vacuum circuit-breaker. (c) Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch. (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type. (e) Push button for ON/OFF the VCB. (f) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay type DPX-V5. (g) Ring core protection current transformer of suitable ratio, 2.5 VA, SP10 for protection - 3 Nos. (h) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH/Spring charge Indication. (j) Cable boxes suitable for 1 X 3C x 300 sq mm XLPE Cable with Cable Termination protectors. (k) Cable boxes should be Arc Proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective Earthing Switches. C) Other Accessories : (a) Anti-reflex Manual Operating Handle. (b) Pressure Gauge (Manometer).

(l) A battery bank/power backup of 30 V, 40A DC output and 230 volts 50 Hz input for charging including maintance free battery 2 V each having 15 Nos complete in MS box sheet box (1.6 mm thick with Voltmeter, Ampere meter and variable rotary transformer automatic battery charging system for incoming and outgoing each panels. (m) Provn of heating mechanism. B) Outgoing VCB - 01 No consisting of following: (a) Manual & Motor operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having spring mechanism. Taking down existing LT cable from pole to various buildings as service connection of size 10 Sqmm 2 core and keep in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule including making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing etc using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing LT cable from pole to various buildings as service connection of size 16 Sqmm 2 core and keep in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule including making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing etc using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing LT cable from pole to various buildings as service connection of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core and keep in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule including making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing etc using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing GI pipe for support of LT cable from poles and various buildings as service connection of size 50 mm to 80 mm and keep in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule including making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing etc using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing LT panel with all accessories from various Sub station of any discription and keep in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule including removing MCCB's LT cable connections, earthing strips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made cubicle type, LT panel board, outdoor type, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 65) front opening with self locking arrangement made out of MS angle iron frame work, MS flat iron and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 600 amp capacity copper bus bar, wiring the panel board with suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper cables and all connected accessories required for functioning of panel board such as thimbles, glands, bolts, nuts, washers etc necessary PCC foundation for fixing of pane including supply and fixing following accessories:-(SP AREA MD ACCN LT PANEL NO-2) Incoming :- (a) MCCB, 4 pole, 400 amp current carrying capacity, 50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 36 KA - 01 No (Incoming). (b) Digital type volt meter - set 01. (c) Digital type ammeter with suitable rating CTs conforms to relevant IS specification,- set 01 (d) LED type indicator lamp set of red, yellow and blue - set 01. M&L for XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded , galvanized strip , armoured , electric power cable , heavy duty , with aluminium conductor 11 KV (E) grade , cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS-7098 ( Part II ) ( amended upto date ) including supplying , jointing and testing , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 3m height above ground level and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and plug 30 cm above ground level including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire meah etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted. Notes :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be includded for (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 30 cms above ground level. (ii) GI strip connecting upto pump, Gen set, LT panel and DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

Dismantling of unserviceable wornout/weathered/damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size from pole after disconnecting of jumpers and insulator bindings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection with all fittings for passing the under ground cable under road crossing or along poles walls and floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection with all fittings for passing the under ground cable under road crossing or along poles walls and floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying GI pipe light grade 32mm bore for cable protection with all fittings for passing the under ground cable under road crossing or along poles walls and floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor conforming to IS- 1554 laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipes complete of following cross sectional area, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement of FRP weather proof cable juction boxes of size 300x200x105 mm including aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps 04 Nos with 02 Nos MS clamps of flat 40x6mm suitable size complete with nuts and bolts making connection with cable and including thimbles at suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC copper conductor 1.5 sqmm 3 core drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia (medium grade) , ISI marked with necessary arrangement saddles, screw etc for fixing of pipe including necessary electric connection from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for display board of layout of electrical diagram of SP area Offrs Md Accn as provided by Engineer-in-charge made out of white PVC sheet of size 2Mx1M including GI angle frame and GI sheet to cover the frame and fixing of 2 Nos LED tube light fitting 20 watts connecting to supply to the frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for display board of layout of electrical diagram of HT distribution system as provided by Engineer-in-charge made out of white PVC sheet of size 1.5Mx1M including GI angle frame and GI sheet to cover the frame and fixing of 2 Nos LED tube light fitting 20 watts connecting to supply to the frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel protection gate for cattles of transformer/VCB/Voltage Stablizer rooms of Sub stations etc as required cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps fabrication from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including of one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down carefully existing LT panel from Sub Station SP area including all electric cable connection and shifting the same to WAC OP's room sub station including transportation and connecting the all out going and incoming cables, necessary PCC in foundation, Brick work, nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down of MCCB 400 Amps from existing panel from various sub station and depositing to MES E/M store for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down of MCCB 250 Amps from existing panel from various sub station and depositing to MES E/M store for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down of MCCB 100 Amps from existing panel from various sub station and depositing to MES E/M store for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchesless technoclogy using ultrasounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of dia 150mm suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure all as specified and directed. Note :- The hardstanding/road/path damages shall be made good as per the existing specification and cost of same deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for dismantling of stay assembly complete including all accessories i.e bow assembly, loop insulator, foundation plate and GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of GI bracket, GI chanel complete including all accessories i.e clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down Pin/shackle type insulator from existing LT poles and keeping in safe custody for credit to the contarctor under credit schedule, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sq mtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance upto 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning by using fine sand (Jamuna dry and clean sand ) in two layers , first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable (total punned depth of sand shall be 180 mm after punning down) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for brick sub class 'B' locally available best quality laid dry flat (Width wise) in trenches above consolidted sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block, type B-1(1:2:4), (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed
