ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF LIFTS AT SEKHON VIHAR UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO. 01

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger lifts installed at Sekhon Vihar Palam of Make ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) at (Sekhon Vihar) for Ground + Ten floors (total Eleven landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device of capacity 8 passenger lift installed in bldg Nos (144 to 153) = Total 10 Nos complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes for Ser Item No. 1.01 & 2: (a) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lifts by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as require for smooth and effcient functioning of the equipment/lift other than regular wear & tear of spares shall be considered in quoted rates. Any item that is not included in OEM AMC schedule but required at site for smooth operation of lift (b) The maintenance of lift shall be done through authorised OEM the tenderer has to submit MOU from authorised OEM alongwith Cover-I of tender and hard copy shall be submitted with application of tender, failing which Cover-II (Financial Bid) of tender shall not be opened. Contractor shall conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement shall be submitted to GE within 07 days of commencement of AMC work, no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and failing of which contract shall be liable to be cancelled. (c) The contractor/OEM shall provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i.e. 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by Enginr-in-Charge. (d) The contractor shall obtain signature of Authorized sentative of GE and in token of satisfactory completion of defects. (c) Minor/Major defects will be rectified within in the time limit as specified in PS. (d) In case of delay in rectification of any minor/major complaint, a panel recovery @ shall be imposed as specified in particular specificiation.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with the help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with the help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing hand rails of 40 mm dia stainless steel, 304 medium grade pipe with necessary fittings screwing for passenger/goods lifts including taking down old unserviceable hand rails complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and supply and fixing in replacement of latest false ceiling system with stainless steel mirror finish of approx 1.2mm thickness SS standard sheet suitable for 08 passenger lifts including 12" sweep cabin fan with grill, bracket fixing of 04 Nos LED Light complete fittings including necessary wiring, proper illumination in the lift car as per site requirement ( in 08 passenger lift) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and supply and fixing in replacement of latest false ceiling system with stainless steel mirror finish of approx 1.2mm thickness SS standard sheet suitable for 13 passenger lifts including 12" sweep cabin fan with grill, bracket fixing of 06 Nos LED Light complete fittings including necessary wiring, proper illumination in the lift car as per site requirement ( in 13 passenger lift) complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for replacement of broken transparent window glass of size 105 x 45 x 3mm thick in Machine room windows including cutting in existing size and fixing with glass putty as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for waterproofing and rehabilitation of lift pit by proper cleaning/removing the plaster of pit walls and applying waterproofing materials complete all as specified and as directed. Pit water proofing includes following steps :- (i) Cleaning of lift Pit with wire brush/washing. (ii) Fixing of 10mm dia Aqua TP grouting nipple upto 75mm depth by drilling with 12mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar @2/Sqm. (iii) Grouting Dr Miracle SS(or equivalent) @ 25 Kg/Sqm average grout prepared by mixing Dr Miracle SS/WAC powder with water and 2% Dr Miracle Retromer (Part'B') (or equivalent) by grouting Pump @ 10 to 12 Kg/cm2 pressure (iv) Removal of nipple and making Fair & fine by using two coats of Aqua bond and Dr Miracle Part 2powder (or equivalent) @ 4Kg/Sqm (1.5 Kg Aqua bond: 2.5 kg Dr Miracle Part 2) with MRP glass cloth 40 GSM (v) Kota stone 20mm thick should be fixed after water proofing on floor of pit and side walls upto height 1.20 meter.

Taking down ,supply and fixing in replacement of existing lift cabin cross flow fan 22W,220 volt50Hz,rated CFM 4.5 + 0.5 cubic meter per minute suitable for Thyssen Krupp make lift including all fixing arrangements as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. (As per OEM Recommendation)

Dismantaling/Taking down old unserviceable landing door and Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of complete Landing/Car door, SS hairline finish metal sheet , minimum 1.5 mm thickness ( as per OEM) SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistance including complete door header assembly (i.e door hanger roller) and landing sill suitable for 08 Passenger lift (make of lift M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevators India Pvt. Ltd.) width of centre opening 800 mm, height of opening 2000mm, two way centre opening, with gate lock, door shoe and other all fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation) NOTE:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of minor spares such as gate lock, door rollers, skates, door shoe, door rope, etc. and any other civil work required at site for taking out old door assembly and fixing new door assembly and making good disturbed surfaces complete as per direction. (ii) Any damage done by the contractor shall be replaced with same make and model of the door sensor while taking down and rectify the same free of cost by the contractor.)

Ltd) width of centre opening 900 mm, height of opening 2000mm, two way centre opening, with gate lock, door shoe and other all fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation) NOTE:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of minor spares such as gate lock, door rollers, skates, door shoe, door rope, etc. and any other civil work required at site for taking out old door assembly and fixing new door assembly and making good disturbed surfaces complete as per direction. (ii) Any damage done by the contractor shall be replaced with same make and model of the door sensor while taking down and rectify the same free of cost by the contractor.)

Taking down old unserviceable lift fire man switch and supply & fixing of Elevator fire man switch box as per sample for ThyssenKrupp make lifts with all accesseries for 8/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Taking down old unserviceable/ broken LOP and supply & fixing in replacement of LOP as per sample for ThyssenKrupp make lifts with all accesseries for 8/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable broken floor of any material and supply & fixing of SS hairline finish metal sheet , minimum 1.5 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistance of size upto 840 x 600 mm in 8/13 passenger lift car cabin floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 12 volt 18 AH, EP 18-12 type sealed lead acid battery including PVC connectors as per sample and necessary testing complete all as specified and directed.
