Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep including clearing all type pf grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth roots, and trees n.exc 30 cm girth and removing rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth getting out in any type of soil for foundation etc including self protection from wild animals with all safety tools and plant without harming wildlife complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50m and n exc 3.0m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth getting out in any type of soil for foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for RCC in M-25 (using graded stone aggregate as per approved design mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for RCC in M-25 (using graded stone aggregate as per approved design mix) in Beams / RCC copings and beams, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for RCC in M-25 (using graded stone aggregate as per approved design mix) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes have been laid and tested) in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Grade-I IS-432 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Grade-I IS-432 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work, for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with pulverized fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in Cm 1:4 on either side (fair or other than fair face) of brick work and concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer including all preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, for forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer incluidng preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for forming 'V' grooves in plaster n exc 10mm deep and not exc 10mm wide on face Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floor complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-In- Charge.
