Supply only heavy duty Exhaust Fan 300mm sweep single phase 1400 rpm complete all as specified and directed. Make - Crompton Greaves/ Havells/ USHA/ Bajaj.

Supply only Water heater storage type, electric capacity 25 Ltr white colour BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed. Make - Recold/ Bajaj/ Usha/ Havells.

Supply only Water heater storage type, electric capacity 50 Ltr white colour BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed. Make- Recold/Bajaj/Usha/Havells.

Supply only Wall Mounting Fan 400 mm sweep single phase colour white complete all as specified and directed. Make - Crompton Greaves/ Havells / USHA/ Bajaj.

Supply and fixing Voltage stablizer of 5 KVA for AC upto 2 Ton (130V-300V) all as specified and as directed Model No- VGB 500 Digital. Make -V Guard or equivalent.

Supply and install wall mounted fans of size 400 mm sweep complete with all accessories for fixing at wall complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Crompton Greaves Model/ Orient Electric/ Havells/ USHA.

Supply and fixing electric storage water Heater 25 Ltr capacity of white in colour complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells cat part No GHWAMFSWH025 Model - Monza EC or equivalent USHA/Bajaj.

Material and Labour for point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for 5 Amps socket outlet independent, un sheathed Single core stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.0 Sqmm for continues earth wire .drawn in and including PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete with all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size incl 3.0 mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with brass screws, cap washers etc to be fixed flushed on wall including white washing/colour washing/ distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Material and Labour for one 15 Amps switch socket out let independent point point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core cable of size 2.5 Sqmm & one 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire drawn in and including PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete with all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size incl 3.0 mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with screws, washers etc to be fixed flushed on wall including white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces as directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Supply and fixing copper pillar tap 15 mm dia fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

S/F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminuim snap beading screws etc copmlete all as specified and directed.

S/F anodised aluminuim frame for doors, window, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-V JOB NO : 51ASP/MR/03/2020-21

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cu/m, getting out, returning filling in and remaining earth or broken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface.

M&L of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade ST-240.
