ADDITION ALTERATION TO TRG SHED COVERED WITH GALVALUME SHEET 25x 10 MTR NEAR BASKETBALL COURT AND PROVN OF 01 MODERN TOILET BLOCK AT LICHUBARI UNDER GE JORHAT

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri, filling in road side berm laid in layers not exceeding 150mm spread thickness, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
