SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150F Galvanised steel plain panel will be of 150 mm wide x 17 deep x 0.5 mm thick having length up to 5 mtr coil coated on a continuous paint line when two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler panel shall be be chromatized for max bond between metal and paint, enameled twice under high temperature one side with full primer and finish coat min of 20 microns, the other side (inner side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line. The carrier would be suspended from the roof/ truss by means of 20 x 20 mm suspension angle with the help of GS 1.20 mm thick T leveller for the adjustment at height of max 1 m centre to centre. Panel carrier shall be 34.50 mm wide and 48 mm deep with cutouts to hold panelin moduleof 150 mm carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.60 mm thick galvanised steel strip and cut to standard length of 2.44 m carried would be spray painted/ stove enamelled black, when two or more joined, they joined together carrier coupler and hold them firmly. Edge profile Shall be L shaped roll formed out of 0.50 mm galvanised strips with coil coated/ powder coated in standard colours.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work, framed/truss work made by using hollow square/rectangular/round pipe (ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest relevant IS), or other section like angle, channel, beam or flat sections, tee, plate, distance pieces, cleats etc. and cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, gusset plates, brackets, bending and welding, riveting etc, conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note ;- Sketch of truss design and steel section to be used shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing before execution)

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frame, made out of aluminium section / aluminium chanel, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebate including jointing cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of aluminium section/aluminium channel shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by Accepting officer and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

S&F aluminium composite panel of thickness 4 mm adjusted to the aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Refixing of dismentled old false ceiling/ gypsum board, frame work on roof ceiling fixed with screws & necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
